I THOUGHT this was a legit service, went into a FedEx office only to be directed to a computer to do everything myself on July 27th 2023, as of October 27th 2023 we only received a passport card I was told today to call the State Department Directly they could not help me. I asked what I paid over $200 for? She told me for expedited service, I said I did not receive my passport I want my money back, she told me in a unpolite way "You Got Your Card Didnt You", and again told to call the State Department. These people are extremely useless, they did NOTHING but collect money. My advice DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Just use the sate department website instead, it is ridiculous what they charge then if there is a problem you are on your own. It amazes me how someone like this stay's in briskness. All our original documents are lost forever, my wife was so proud of her Certificate Of Citizenship and these people lost it all according to the state department...waste of money, cannot be trusted and waste of time...AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!

Cannot believe Fed Ex associates itself with Rush My Passport. I would NEVER recommend this company. I submitted my documents on July 28. My travel dates were Oct 19,2023. I Paid $239.00 in addition to the Fed Ex fee. They had my phone number and email. I started calling in September because my info was not in the system for my passport status. Customer Service told me to call closer to my travel date. I called Oct 2, Still not in the system. Rush My Passport rep told me my packet was going to be in the mail that day. He did not tell me there was a problem. Later that afternoon, I got my ENTIRE application back. They claimed to have reached out to me Aug 3rd. I could not believe it. The letter stated my application expired and that my name change documents were not certified. Yet in my packet was my original CERTIFIED, stamped copy I sent with the application. I was confused. I called them back and a very nice rep helped, but the damage was done. They waited 2 months and sat on my application. And the audacity to tell me the application was expired when they held it. The rep begged me to take the certified copy to verify if it was certified. My original expired passport fell out of my bag. I then went through more drama trying to fill out a lost passport application. The passport agent verified that I had everything,sealed all the documents and I sent it back to Rush My Passport. 3 days later, I was chastised for not submitting a copy of the application and letter of authorization with the seal packet. None of this should have happened. This was all because someone did not know what a CERTIFIED copy looked like. This was horrible service. I spent $2000 on a trip and fees for nothing. I am not going on my trip to Jamaica.

I sent my passport and card along with the application, photo and check. A few days later I got an email saying my picture was pixelated (I had it taken at one of their sites). Also saying the check was wrong. Even though they confirmed the number was correct. They said I didn't sign the application form. This is possible. So I went to their site to print another application. The download process started just after noon. It's now 5 hours later and the process is still incomplete. It says 'appending shipping label'. I tried to call after 3 hours of waiting. I had to leave a voice message to call me back. 2 hours later I'm still waiting. So much for customer service.

I found the website experience unsatisfactory, and I believe that the expenses incurred was unjustified. In my opinion, if you possess a timeframe of 10 weeks to obtain your passport, I recommend visiting the local post office, where they can provide assistance in completing the requisite forms and fulfilling all necessary prerequisites. This course of action would result in a cost savings of $200 compared to utilizing the services offered on this website. However, if expediency is paramount, and you require your passport within a week, then it may be reasonable to consider availing the website's services for a fee of $700.

I sent my passport in with the correct forms, photo, and money order all approved by USPS prior to sending. I got an email today saying they had lost my 200$ money order and they wanted another one sent and that my photo was over exposed and that I hadn't signed my forms.Talked with someone on the phone for half an hour and nothing is resolved and no promises that it will be. They told me to call back later this week or next week. Not pleased that I'm paying double to get this done quickly and might have to pay it all AGAIN to get my passport back.

I paid for my Passport in Jan 2023.
It's now Sept 2023 and I still don't have a Passport

These people are complete Scam artist! Trust me, don't go through them! And also, once you pay them… you still have to go to an Acceptance Agent, and they are going to charge you the actual price for the Passport. And it's the Acceptance Agent the one that's going to send off for your Passport. You can go to a Clerk of Court or a USPS office.

They Clerk of Court told me "Why did you pay Rush My Passport? You still have to come through us to get your Passport. They are a scam"

And now, Rush My Passport is refusing to give me back my money $166.00

Paid for the service but after 3 months I have nit gotten my passport, keep calling but the agents all have conflicting answers, some say I didn't pay government fee, application was not complete, they drop call when your talking and have no decency or respect to call back. I would have rather submitted my passport through the post office. Am not even sure when I can get my passport sine I send it to them in June. Please don't use this services because you will just be wasting your money and time. Just go to UPS and use there services and they can't scam you. Total scam

Paid 189$ for nothing, gov fees are all separate. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO CALL BACK, Refund form not available online as they claim. To date I am out $210, no contact from RushMyPassport after multiple calls, they have MY ORIGINAL PASSPORT, and I will certainly miss my trip. RUN AWAY. I filed dispute with my card company and the Better Business Bureau. This is a class action lawsuit for deceptive and unfair practices waiting to happen.

My 84 year old mother had the opportunity to go to the Cayman Islands which is her favorite place to go. The trip was in three weeks from when she found out about it. Her passport was expired. We found out about Rush My Passport service but were skeptical. After reading mostly positive reviews we took a chance. We were able to get her passport in less than a week after sending in the package. The customer service was professional and prompt. I highly recommend this service.

3 months past the guaranteed "you will have your passport by" date and we still have no passport. Don't do it man.

The paperwork and instructions were very thorough and every detail was explained in full. I had my passport in hand 4 days after the paperwork was delivered to the Department of State passport agency. It spared me from having to wait on the phone to try to get an appointment and being told none were available. I had tried the week before and I knew it was pointless. Thanks to RushMyPassport, I will make my family reunion in Barbados. I highly recommend the services of this company.

Didn't deliver on promised deadlines…twice. Customer service is hard to reach, rude and ineffective in problem solving. Don't waste your money
