I needed an expedited passport and signed up for this service. First they charged my credit card $450. Then they told me that the "two day passport delivery" is from the date they get an appointment at a passport agency! Since this was in June the agency must be busy because the first appointment was available 10 days later. This would have meant that I got my passport back in about two weeks or more. I told them that I had to travel before then and asked for a refund. I was emailed a refund request which I filled. I followed up with a phone call and only got voice mail. My money has so far not been refunded and I am fighting to get it back.

Wow! Excellent service. I was a little nervous using their expediting service since my trip was 10 business days away. I needed a renewal and a new passport for a minor. Their service claims 4-7 business days so I gave it a try.

I overnighted the required materials on Monday and had my two passports on Friday.

The one thing they could improve is send me a confirmation email that everything was cool and the passports were on the way.
