Easy to browse, affordable deals, easy checkout and I like the tool where you can view the rug in your living room. I will say that the rug texture and color was different in person than online, but I don't think that was anyone's fault other than there's details and color shades you can't quite accurately capture in a photo. Overall, for the ridiculously affordable price I paid I have no complaints. I'll definitely be using them again for my rug needs!

This was a very easy transaction and free shipping makes such a difference.
The website doesn't allow you to change your shipping address from your billing address. However, it does save your shipping address on your personal information. When I called the customer service person, I requested to change my shipping address, and she said she could not. She could only cancel my order partially. Why just because? Now, two of my four items are coming to the wrong address! When I called and spoke to Mark, the manager, I was on hold for 50 minutes trying to get the complete order to ship to the correct address and get the same SUMMER discount I had initially purchased. He said they were updating their website. Really, how hard is it to include a billing address and a different shipping address on a website? OMG, Look at Amazon's website for the love of Mike!
When i reported a significant flaw in one of tge 3 rugs i ordered, i sent photos and received my refund the same day. THANK YOU!

Selection and prices are great! I ordered three separate runners. One was the incorrect color and size but Customer Service was great and rectified the issue in a reasonable time. The rugs are a little bit thin, however they look and feel great in their designated locations. They appear to be good quality for the prices paid. I would recommend this company for purchases.

I'm so sorry to learn about this issue! On the checkout page, there is a checkbox on the bottom for if your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If you enter a different address in the billing section, we will not ship it to that address.
Our system doesn't allow us to change the address on an order once it's placed, so if the order is eligible, we can cancel it and help you reorder with the correct address. If the order is already shipped, we will contact the shipping company to provide the correct address.
I see that when you called us, half of the order had already been shipped, so we were only able to cancel half of it so that you could re-order with the correct address. Our customer service manager, Mark, was able to arrange for the items that were shipped to be picked up from the incorrect address and re-shipped to you at the correct address. You should be getting the items today!
