I order the rug.in the picture it was looking back and beige but in actual its grey lines with beige. Then i tried to return but rug usa forced their customers to pay shipping 69 dollers. Even if its not your fault. I called the team they were saying going to provide the resolution through email but its been 2 weeks I didn't hear anything. Its been now 40 days from the day i order i have no idea.
Shopped a sale. Three orders cancelled for because items were not available. All three items were still listed after cancellations. What a scam.
My item was available and with free s&h and additional discount, ordering was quick and easy!

My daughter had wanted a rug for her dining room. I asked her to send me the line for the one she wanted. Everything was so easy! The rug and pad arrived quickly.
We ordered to rugs, natural woven rugs. The dark rug stained the white carpet underneath it for good (see photos). The other natural rug tore in six places within weeks. You get what you pay for here. I have to replace the entire carpet in the master where the rug was laid. It stained it within days (I didn't realize it was staining it until it was too late). While they are large rugs and are cost effective, you will end up paying more replacing what is under them.
Very pleased with my shopping online, your website is great user friendly. The only problem we have had is that the rug will not stay down on two of the corners!
Rug was correctly featured on website — was shipped quickly; however the rug, 9 x 12 size, was folded rather than on a roll when packaged. It took 3 weeks for most of the wrinkles to straighten and even now one is still not out.

I was given two discount codes and only one worked and I was told I could use both at once. I was given this for a rug I ordered back in March that arrived defective. This is the third time a code provided didn't work. Very annoying and disappointing.
Good website, easy to navigate and checkout, and fast delivery made this purchase a success and my experience a positive one. I was not sure I'd be happy with the quality when I made the purchase, so it was a very pleasant surprise to find the rug was exactly what I had hoped it would be.

Lost an entire 9'x12' rug, didn't say anything until I contatced them about the lack of shipping updates for over a week. Offered to send a replacment but were completely unflexible on trying to schedule the delivery either earlier or later as I'd be travelling when the replacement would likely arrive. Since I wasn't going to be able to bring the rug in I decided to just cancel, and then they claimed they were unable to cancel the order even though they hadn't even sent out tracking info for it yet.

I'm so sorry that your original order was lost! It looks like FedEx lost this item on it's way to you. We filed a lost item claim with FedEx and shipped out a replacement rug right away.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to schedule a delivery date, but since the replacement is already on the way, you can feel free to reach out to FedEx directly to request a hold so that the rug can be delivered once you are back home.

Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
