Have bought from RUGS USA previously, very pleased with quality and delivery. Have an small odd size and had hoped to find a gold rug but was given alternatives - it's perfect. Bought a gorgeous rug for my bedroom a couple of years ago, makes me happy to walk in the room and see it.

The customer service personnel inquired why I was returning rug, to help if I had a displeasure with rug. They were very understanding when I explained my concerns with walking on it and using a cane and Walker due to the deep shag pile.
The rug had quite a few strings hanging off and a few parts of the rug have already torn, but it was great service and shipping
I ordered and returned 2 rugs 2 months ago. I still jave not received a refund and have reached out to customer service on numerous occasions. They continue to make up every excuse in the book. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I just love the round starfish rug (ordered the 6'). Colors and material are beautiful, just like the picture. I also purchased a pad (got the better of the two options) and found it to be extremely thin, not providing any notable padding to the rug.

Was thrilled to find an item I've wanted for ages at less than a third of the price it was selling for at another online retailer. It wasn't a rug, but there is also a wonderful selection of rugs, and the filters make finding what you're looking for easy. Excellent shopping here!
