The rug I was sent was not only the wrong size, but smelled terrible. My room smelled like cat pee and burnt plastic after unrolling this rug! The rug was too small by about 3in on each side. When I went to return it I encountered their awful return policy. You have to pay your own shipping to return the rugs - they deduct the shipping cost from your return, and it is more expensive than if you paid the shipping yourself. No dispute will change that.
The rug I purchased is perfect for my patio and I really like it. The delivery process was frustrating, though, because my rug was backordered and delayed multiple times, with no thoughtful estimate ever given on when I would receive it. But when it finally arrived, it was perfect!
I've been looking for an outdoor patio rug for weeks! Great selection, I think I've found it!
I have been a happy customer of rugs USA for several years. In the past I've been very pleased with both the quality and beauty. That being said, I purchased an outdoor rug halfway thru last season. It was starting to separate, but I thought I'd just have my daughter mend it. It was put in the garage for the winter and taken out again mid May. This is what it looks like on June 1st. We are all adults in this house. There is no reason other than poor quality. I wrote to the company and they offered a $25 credit. Totally unacceptable in my book. No further response, so I'm left to write reviews and let other consumers know not to order this rug. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering again, as pretty as the rugs look they can't be counted on for quality.

Love everything about this rug except the red in the online pictures is really hot pink. Ugh! That was and remains a disappointment as it sits in front of a brick red entertainment center. However, some additional red decorating items help. This is the 4th rug from this company and the buying experience is always top notch! From the purchase to delivery, no issues. All other rugs were exactly as described and pictured.
Online shopping is easy and site is laid out very well with much information available.
Product delivered to wrong address. I called, emailed and never received a follow up response. This was very frustrating. The rug itself was as described

Great price, beautiful rugs and easy ordering process
I placed an order and was giving a delivery date. Since I didn't receive the order after a week or two I called and was told the rug was back ordered with no known date. Rugs USA never bothered to notify me that the rug was unavailable. They did refund my money promptly
Love this site! Always can find high quality rugs for reasonable prices! And I love all the photos of the rugs, especially the one that shows the ruler measuring the rug pile height (genius) and the "view in your space" option.
So many rugs to choose from!
And I can place each one in my actual room, by virtual picture!

Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.

We do not charge return fees for items that arrive defective or damaged.
