I have to say it pretty easy to make a purchase and to return the rug.
Quick and easy, very satisficed. Updates were not a frequent as I would have liked and had to reach out to Customer Support for a status, however Customer Support was very helpful. Final delivery met the estimated timing provided.
I bought a large rug for my living room and liked the color and quality so much I bought some additional rugs for my entry way and hallway. The shipping was prompt and it was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition
It is cheap looking and very different than picture. It took almost 2 months to get here. I am also now needing to pay for the return.

I believe there needed to be a little more communication about my order. I ordered it in April and never heard a word a out what was going on.I called and received a date and I said I was going to cancel if it didn't show up and the next day I received an email that my rugs were on the way

The website was easy to navigate The order came promptly. I am very happy with the rug for our outside porch - just as described and reasonable priced. I am a little concerned about the living room area rug we purchased - it is a Jute Rug so imperfections are expected but one spot came loose. I'm not too concerned yet unless it happens again. I did purchase the 5 year guarantee. Overall I am satisfied with the product - the customer service was very good.

Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
