Rugs USA had the rug that I wanted.
The shade is a perfect match for my table and chairs. The rug is very good quality.

Large selection of rugs. Took a while to find what we were looking for. That was okay since a large selection gave us more chance of finding what we were looking for.

This website scammed me and promotes false advertisement. I bought two of their rugs for their Black Friday deal which was buy one get one 50%. They only sent me the one I bought for full price, I reached out a month later for the second rug and they said it was out of stock but I could wait 3-6 months, I decided to wait. 3 months later, a rep reached out again and asked if I would still like to wait, I said "yes". A couple weeks after that, another rep reaches out and forces me to cancel the rug and states there is no back in stock date for the rug I got 50% off on. The rep only offers me 15% off for a replacement and refuses to honor the original Black Friday deal which was the whole point of me buying one at full price. Not even because I waited so long for a rug I was never going to get, unbeknownst to be. The worst part is that the very next day the rug is back in stock and still is, and they ultimately lied so I won't get it for half off. Do not buy from here!

On 11/6/22 I spent $220 on a rug from RugsUSA.com. My rug was completely faded out in spots and 5 holes were worn in it within 3 months of receiving it. I contacted the company and sent them a detailed description with photos and they elected to offer a $50 gift certificate and 15% off my next purchase from them instead of standing by the quality they claim in their product. Obviously that would involve spending more money on a rug from a company that provides sub par products and customer service. Save your money and buy rugs anywhere else. You'd have trouble finding worse quality and you can spend a whole lot less on something equivalent to their products.

Good prices with sale. I wish there were more colors to choose from. But the quality of the area rugs I bought for my kids' bedrooms was great.

Finding the right rug is very important. What is shown and how it is described needs to be exact. The rug that I ordered and what was receive were not the same. The colors were off by a few shades. I had to change my wall color and furniture color after I received the rug.

It was very easy to choose from the colors and styles available.
