Quality products, easy ordering & quick shipping...very happy with my purchases!

I was happy to find what I needed, and both items were on sale! The selection was excellent, and I was happy to find just what I needed. Shipping was fast and professional. Very satisfied with my purchases.

Shipping was fast and there were no issues with placing the order. Site was easy to navigate. The quality of the rug was less than I expected, so I had to return it. Was disappointed that they kept a percentage of my refund for "restocking fees". I wouldn't have returned if the rug was better quality.

Billing & shipping address were wrong. I tried to correct within 15 min of transaction via email since it was 11:15pm est, also called the next morning at 9:00am. Company refused to change the information. Rugs were delivered to a different state. They would not refund my money or re-ship to correct address. I also asked for the transaction to be cancelled if they could not amend the billing and delivery address, two phone reps refused. The second rep indicated she updated my information and made a request for the delivery to be re-routed, but this was not done. They charge for returns even though it was delivered incorrectly. This is a dishonest company that makes order corrections deliberately difficult.

The rug is very nice and comfortable to sit on. I also love that is all natural fibers. Shipping was really fast.

Everything from the true to picture to the size of the rug was great- just it seems to collect grass and leaves, and we don't even wear shoes in the house.

I ordered a runner for my kitchen and it is a very nice rug. I haven't washed yet, I hope it will look as nice as it is now after washing

I got a great deal, a 5×7 rug, and a 14' runner. The rugs are great,however a bit thinner than I expected.Shipping was fast and accurate, my biggest problem was choosing, they have lots to choose from...

Runner was my second Rugs USA purchase. It arrived as pictured and in a timely manner. It vacuums well but I haven't washed it yet so no opinion there.

Easy to find what I was looking for and easy to purchase, and when my rug pad arrived it was exactly what I wanted.

Easy to order. However quality of rugs was inferior to my last order. Very thin and ripple at sides.
