Had the items we chose in stock unlike other sites visited for ruggable rugs. Despite this we were sent the wrong rug. The underlay was right but we received a runner instead of the rug we ordered.

Easy website to use, but I am a designer buying for a client and it would not let me send the shopping cart to him for review and approval.
He would have also liked to purchase them directly, but I could not send the active cart to him. I called customer service and they did not have a suggestion on how to do it.

I loved the rug but it did not look good in my room. I have used this company before and was very satisfied.
I have sent rugs back at about $25 to return which I felt was reasonable. The cost to return this time was more than I expected but in the long run I didn't want to keep a rug i didn't want, So I returned the rug at a higher rate than was charged in the past. I realize rising shipping cost are not entirely the companies fault when cost are going up everywhere. Rugs USA customer service reached out to me to explain the policies and procedures. They were very helpful and willing to show that their customers satisfaction is important to them. I look forward to finding a rug that compliments and makes my room better.

Please consider when ordering from Rugs USA, they charge you a very high "Return Label Fee" Yes you are able to return your item if returned within 30 days but buyer beware their return label fees are HIGH and you are charged for multiple return labels for every item purchased. I purchased four items, they are charging return labels for each item. No thank you, I will go back to Amazon, their returns are free!
