Being able to put the rug in my room with a picture is what made me decide quickly. I didn't want to have to shop around at more stores and bring the rug home to see if I liked it in the space, and then have to return it if I didn't. It saved me time and money and it is shipped directly to me so I didn't have to haul it around myself either:-)

I am happy with the quality of the rugs. We were sent a lamp by mistake, but the company sent the rug as soon as we contacted them.

Website was easy to use and the rug came on time. The rug looked as pictured online and is super pretty. As other reviewers noted, the rug is thin and it was a bit creased due to packing. But the creases can't be seen now that it has been sitting out for awhile. I actually prefer thin rugs because I don't trip on them as easily and it is a high traffic area. But you might want a padding underneath if that concerns you.

I purchased a runner allegedly on sale for $100 from original price of $250. It arrived today and it is absolute garbage. I am returning the rug and see that I will be charged $25. The rug is not worth $25, let alone the $100 I paid. I would be embarrassed to have this rug seen in my house.

It will be 2 years in a month, contacted them several times, told me what to do both times, everything I had been doing with no change. The rugs is now going in the trash, very disappointed because the size and color were perfect

I bought 3 rugs from this company, 1 was by accident. This company responded well to my request to return the rug, but also charged me $120 to return a $500 rug. Buying things online is difficult as you cannot see colors or quality very well. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you will be punished with a hefty return fee. So, beware.

Good customer service and well run website, good selection

Creases from being folded are difficult to resolve. Disappointed that the carpets don't come rolled. Probably won't purchase again.

I was disappointed w the lack of quality given the price. Won't consider buying again. Gave rug to second hand store.
