I have purchased many rugs from this company and I love them all.
It arrived, like 2/3 days after ordering. That is amazing in itself.
The reason reason for 4 stars is that there are a couple of spots that have something pokey in it. Like something accidentally got left in when being made. I just avoid stopping on those. I do not wear shoes in the house.
Other than that, it's absolutely beautiful and I'm very happy with it.
I'm looking to order more.

The shopping experience was easy, but the shipment was not what I expected. The rugs are more of a "towel-like" texture and if I would have known this, I would not have paid so much for the items. I like that they're washable and they do stay put on the pad that is underneath, but the overall feel is not what I expected...I thought they would be more like an actual rug. The designs are pretty but I won't buy them again.
Reviews look good - I'll send in my own once I receive the rugs.

I had ordered many years ago and the rug was exactly as described and color was exact
DO NOT BUY from Rugs USA unless you are prepared to pay $13+ for return shipping.even if the product is cheap and the wrong color. I didn't even open the package. I ordered 2 GREY rugs and got BRIGHT WHITE. I was told by customer service (they are horrible) "sometimes the color looks different online". There is a huge difference between bright white and grey now I am supposed to pay $23 for shipping for 2 rugs. Also, you can't ship returns together even though the rugs were shipped together. One rug cost $26 and will cost $13 to ship back.They should just say NO RETURNS

Please remember that color variances may occur depending on different factors -- the brightness settings of a computer, cellphone, or tablet, for example. This is an unfortunate limitation of color displays that we continue to try to manage.
I see that the rugs you ordered have a white background and the design is grey, so the rug has an overall light grey appearance.
