The rug is amazing! It is good quality and feels nice. However, it has been over a week and the rug is still struggling to settle and flatten even after putting heavy objects on it.

I ordered an indoor/outdoor rug. It arrived within a couple days. Love it!

Lamps came extremely well boxed. One shade had a stain/flaw on it... under the protective plastic! So shocked to see that. They are replacing it! Such great service.

I ordered a rug on line specifically that could be delivered by Thanksgiving.
Once the order was placed, I called Rugs USA and was told the rug was out of stock but was due in that week and I should still have it in time for Thanksgiving and that I would receive an email to that effect.
I never received an email so I called again the next week. At that time, i was told the rug would not be in stock until sometime next year (2022). If you go to the website right now - it still says you can get this rug in a week!

There wasn't updated shipping information on my order, but it did all come. It also all came on its own, I had 4 items.

I've ordered several different rugs from rugs USA and I've always been pleased with their products! Great products, great prices!

I ordered multiple rugs in black because I wanted to try to bring in more color to coordinate with my black windows. Immediately upon receipt, which was initially fast and seamless, I knew that color was too bold for the space. However, the quality was great. Unfortunately to discover this it will cost me additional shipping cost to return them. I was ok with that - I guess, I didn't see another viable option. The experience fell apart once I placed two new orders in different colors. I ordered four more rugs to try in the space in the hopes that two will be perfect. One rug came right away and looks really great. But then nothing - no more rugs!? I waited patiently for them to arrive for two weeks beyond their estimated arrival. Finally, I called to follow-up only to learn that one color was on backorder (not noted at time of purchase) and the other rug in the same color as the one that I had received only one of was well - simply M. I. A. So as I write this review, I am still awaiting the one rug and have to go back to the site to revisit the other colorway that was on backorder. The morale of the story here; shopping for rugs online without a tryout option is neither time or cost effective. You may get lucky and love your first choice and actually receive it by the date indicated but best to give yourself a big pep talk on patience and budget before you enter the world of online rug shopping. Great company and I can trust the products will be what I saw online

Lamp arrived broken. Too expensive and difficult to ship back so I repaired it myself.

It was easy and the process was smooth. I got the rug in 3 days.

Great rug but I have learned that navy is not a true navy. Nevertheless it's a nice dark blue and it works in our entryway! I even got a complement last night.
