I ordered a rug and rug pad totalling $750. While the rug itself was nice, it did not work in my space. To return the rug and the pad, it is nearly $150! And they claim this is a "discounted" rate. The new rug I ordered, from another business, charges a flat $25 fee no matter the size of your rug to return it. And they also offer free shipping when you order something. Much more reasonable than $150 for returns. RugsUSA completely lost me as a customer for the insane fees to return an item. Bottom line: Be *100%* sure you love the rug you are ordering and it will work in your space, or be prepared to flush lots of money down the toilet!

Ok But it took a long time for the product to come
I've had the rugs for a couple of weeks and they're holding up great. Definitely glad I went with the more expensive rug pad!
The mats are lovely but they come rolled up and are really tough to get to lay flat. If they were rolled in the opposite way (with the main surface side showing) this would help a lot. The mats were the wrong size. Package was labeled with the correct size but mats were too big. Had to cut.
I loved the rug. Not to be gross but have cats and hair balls and the rug has spot cleaned perfectly. My only issue is the rug mat came a couple weeks after the rug. But life is not perfect and I am happy with my purchase.
Great customer service! Our jute area rug arrived covered with black mold in the inner wrapping and they were very prompt in issuing a refund.
This is my second carpet on rugs Usa and I've never been disappointed. Quality is very good and it looks so nice. Very happy!
The colour of the area rug is great. I'm not sure that it will ever be completely flat because of how tightly it was packaged and there's one edge that seems to be permanently altered because of packaging.

Easy online shopping experience. Using the filter feature helped find several rug designs and styles faster, according to my specifications. For each rug choice I clicked on, I appreciated seeing multiple pictures of that rug in actual room settings — featuring actual people and actual furniture. Greatly helped me evaluate color, texture, size, etc. Received rug sooner than expected. Actual area rug's colors match online pictures, thank goodness! (Photo accuracy is so important!) Highly recommend. Would definitely buy again!

Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
