It came folded and after we laid it out, the folds remained. We reverse-rolled it back up, which helped. Still some folds but optimistic.

I had to wait too long for the largest part of my order, which wasn't so bad. The bad part was no communication and no tracking info.

I mean if you need a rug it's a good site to go to. I got my rug within like 5 days too, delivered into my apartment real nicely. But yea it's a rug site and I got my rug so, can't complain. Just pick out a rug you like, you're always obviously gonna be getting what you pay for so I don't think anyone can really complain.

Our rug has a strong musty odor. I covered it with baking soda and hopefully it will help. This is my second order of this type of area rug, the first returned because of the odor. Hopefully i can fix this, i have lung problems!

I received my order timely. The rugs are just like the picture and I'm very happy.

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of my lamp. The pattern did not match up and product did not match up in person as what picture described. Also I was upset with the length of time it is taking for my account to be credited.

My lamp arrived damaged with a missing piece but the customer service was very prompt with evaluating my issue and replacing the lamp. I've received it 2 days later and it's absolutely beautiful

It was fast and easy... the packaging was very basic! Just a plastic bag over it, I was expected maybe a cardboard box.
