Rug looked nothing like picture. Read reviews looks at other pictures. No color to it. Looked like it was faded from sun exposure. Return is a nightmare. Email after email and want to charge YOU to ship back.
Called and they keep on telling me I am going to receive my rug next week
I ordered 2 area rugs that did not arrive in a timely fashion. I was not told until I inquired that they were on backorder and it would be another 5 weeks before they shipped. Had I been told the items were in backorder when I placed my order, I would have shopped elsewhere.

Item shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. I am very satisfied with my product.

I ordered a 14 foot runner. I love the design, it goes well with my furniture and walls.
It had a slight defect but the company was easy to work with to resolve the problem.
The first product was covered in mold and the replacement was full of holes. We had to pay a hefty amount to ship the first one back so we don't want to pay to return the second one and also risk another damaged product. We will not be back.

I love my rug but the new way of shipping by folding instead of rolling is just terrible. The rug STILL won't lay flat and makes it look cheap and lumpy. Really don't like the new system.
