The RugsUSA website is easy to use. They have a vast number of rug styles, patterns, and colors but it is easy to narrow your search so that you can find what you want pretty quickly. The prices are reasonable and the shipping is prompt and the goods arrive safely. Overall, I am satisfied with my rugs. The most recent purchase was my fourth one from RugsUSA.

The underlay arrived first but then days later the rug arrived. I was impressed with the quality of the products and the quick shipping for coming from the US.

The rugs arrived within days of ordering and they are great quality! We will definitely order from them again.

This rug is fraying already. It does not hold well with the rug pad. Very thin not as described on site. Very disappointed

Except on web site when you are looking to compare rugs it will send you back to page 1 automatically. Very aggravating.

I like the rug I received, but it was shipped folded, rather than rolled. 2 months later there are still creases in the carpet. The rug was also cut on an angle, not straight so one side is uneven.

I was very disappointed when I received the area rug. It was nothing like the picture and was not a nice looking rug.

This will be our second run we've purchased on Rugs USA. We absolutely loved the first one and the quick shipping times so we're back for another.

The website was great, tons of options which can be overwhelming. I'm not good enough at rug shopping to do it online but that's not their issue. Free returns would be bomb but not cost effective I understand

This is the 4th rug I have ordered through Rugs USA. I find there is a great selection and a lot of different price points to choose from. I have also had a great experience with customer service with help over a delayed delivery.

Everything was great, just that the rug arrived folded rather than rolled which made it have kinks for many weeks afterwards

Returned the rug, to get a different color. Was sent the same incorrect color TWICE.
Was just a hassle to handle all the exchange/returns when the warehouse kept sending the incorrect color.
Finally on the 4th try got the rug I ordered. Won't be buying from here again.

No update, nothing. Apparently the rug I ordered was back ordered but they didn't notify me until after I ordered. Plus the other rug I ordered in the same order had already shipped. Been waiting almost two months now and no communication, no updates, no rug.

Well built site. I really appreciate it :) Easy to keep track of previously viewed rugs and does a good job suggesting similar rugs/patterns based on the one I'm currently viewing. Made me feel confident I was getting the right rug for the best price without missing out on something buried deep in the website.

Great experience! Good rugs for great price. Will order again if needed.
