Easy to order... got the carpets rather quickly and everything went very smoothly..

Shopping was easy but tracking our order was less than easy. We received all of our rugs, but tracking where they were and delivery date was a challenge.

Delivered on time and was very well placed with it.

Such a great selection and awesome prices! My only suggestion is to offer more eco-friendly and fair trade options.

Tracking and efficiency on delivery was great. Rugs were slightly thinner than I expected but having lots of pets it makes it easier to clean

Representatives have been courteous, helpful and prompt in replying to questions. The rug itself meets my needs but, if you are looking for a "good quality" rug, this may not be the product for you. The colors are not as bright as they could be and the rug itself is quite thin. However, I wanted a washable rug and this meets the criteria.

Rug is cheap uneven and one side curls up. Have to tuck in under another rug so we don't trip on it.

I loved the rug! Great quality and looked awesome in my living room! I had it down in my living room for ONE day and my puppy loved it so much too that he chewed the corner of the rug!

I plan on buying another one when he is out of the chewing phase!

The first rug we got the Q was an O but we submitted a claim and they took care of it very fast!

Easy. Clear. Obviously it's difficult to feel what your receiving., scary. Easy, arrived in timely manner. After a month, my rug still has a few ripples… not sure if they will ever go away…we even steamed it? But overall it's not bad.
