But the Rug is nice

I loved loved LOVED being able to use the "see in room" feature. It really helped me weed out rugs I thought were really cute, but didn't work with the rest of my room. Was a little weary buying a rug online just not being able to see/ feel the exact texture etc, but overall SO happy! Not to mention shipping was super fast, and my rug showed up in amazing condition. I will definitely be using Rugs USA again for any future rug purchases. Thank you a million times!

I got this rug for my sons nursery and it's perfect. Great quality, doesn't shed, easy to vacuum and soft!

I received my order in about a week and a half. The colors are exactly like the picture. The rug did have some fallout but I think that is normal for fluffy rugs. It is a bit thin but for my small hallway it works great!

Great texture and just what I needed. Snagged two rugs during President's Day sale and more than pleased.

I got a blue shag rug, the reviews seems great and the pictures looked fantastic. When I got the rug it smelled weird, didn't uncurl for over two weeks, and then I had to put heavy things on top to ensure it would lay flat. Mostly I'm upset with the quality of the rug. It doesn't look as pictured. The rug looks cheap, if you walk on it you can see every little speck of dirt/fuzz/lint, and the tread count is so low on the rug you can see gaps. It just looks awful.

The rug continued to be put on back order week after week.

Rug was cut very uneven on both ends.
Called for a replacement. Second rug came just as uneven as the first. Waiting on a credit now.

Rug looks cheaper quality than expected. Bed thin.
