The rug is very good and I'm happy with it. However, it came rolled up and shrink wrapper which caused it to flatten out and left folds in it when I unwrapped. The folds still haven't completely gone away yet.
Had to re-route (my fault) but it took an exceptionally long time to get here.
The rug is ok, but expected more for the price.
The picture represented a lot of gold color - but the actual rug had more orange and very little gold.
I send my purchase to friends house because I wasn't around in 2 weeks. Then it gets extended for 4 weeks. The delivery cycle is the only crazy thing about ordering from you... but I love the rugs so I will put up with it.
But everything was quick and easy, with great selections for size needed. 12 x 18. The rug was quite heavy and the FedEx driver dumped it at the street. Once we got a neighbor to help we were please with therug and fit.
If I could give them a zero, I would. We ordered a rug in January, and I received an email that it would ship March 14. It didn't, and I called to ask about it. They said it was delayed a week. Same thing happened the next week, and the next, and this week they said it would be in stock April 6. The person on chat assured me I would get an email from him with a status update the next day, April 6. I got no email, and when I reached out, now they're saying May 7. If it's back ordered, that's fine. The absolute lack of communication from their side is horrible. Every update I received is because I called them, even when one of their reps said they would email me. They have my email, and my phone number - I got the confirmation email. They just couldn't be bothered to reach out. I'll never get a rug from them, regardless of the quality.

I am so pleased with my purchase, the site was easy to navigate and the color of my rug is as pictured. I bought the deluxe pad and it works perfect with my rug. Delivery was timely and even had instructions for how to prepare rug.

The rugs I choose were delivered on time with zero problems.
I found the lamps for far below the price on other websites. They shipped and were received within two days. I think one of the lamps had been received and returned. A piece of the switch was loose in the box and scraped the paint down to the metal in a couple of spots, but the same piece was in place on the lamp itself. I used chalk paint to repair the lamp and kept it. The second lamp was in perfect condition.
I love the rug pattern and quality! And shipping was fast!
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
