The rug has flaws just as any jute rug. Great black color. Recommend the rug pad.
I purchased this rug thinking that the color was gray white orange and BLACK but the black turned out to be navy blue. A simple description of the colors with product ID would have aided me in making my selection. I was not happy with how expensive it was to return the rug so I just sold it on Facebook marketplace to someone else.
I ordered a rug and the shipping wasn't updating, after a week I contacted rugsusa and they immediately sent out a replacement rug. I love my rug and it's great quality.
I ordered from an ad I saw on Facebook and it was even better than the pictures!
All good only the rug smelled and had to leave it out side for a week
Rugs USA has a lot to choose from, and I found exactly what I was looking for in the size I wanted. The downside was the item was on back order, so I had to wait 30 days for it to ship. I know there are shipping issues, so once it was shipped it took a couple of weeks to receive it.
The rug was oversubscribed and the shipment date was pushed back twice. I refunded that rug then ordered a different rug that turned out though beautiful came with a smell and shed terribly. The Customer service agent was however quite polite.
I got a rug that didn't match the product description or photos and I had to repackage it and send it back. Total waste of time and money.

I cannot believe how fast my order arrived! The whole process was so easy and there were no hidden fees. No customs fees due upon arrival. Tracking was very easy too. The carpet is great quality and looks fantastic in my son's room. Will be ordering another one soon. Maybe more things as well…
The rug came in quickly and the color was like the pictures.
So far great. Rug looks great. However I just received a second delivery of the same rug and pad in the last few days. Will need disposition instructions.
I just purchased my first rugs! I am outfitting an AirBNB and need to buy several! Rugs USA has such a wide selection that it made finding what I would like very easy. No driving from store to store hoping it will have what I'm looking for.

Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
