I ordered this beautiful rug. It's still beautiful but all wrinkled. They shipped it all folded up like a piece of paper. It should have been on a roll. Now all the folds remain. I'm on hold with customer service all morning. They've hung up on me twice. There are always two callers ahead of me when I call back. Something is not right with this company.
