I always find what I'm looking for on rugs.com. Don't be fooled by the low prices, these rugs really hold up. I have rugs from rugs.com in my home that I have had for many years. I have pets and you would never know from looking at my rugs. I am a customer for life!

Looking for a simple rug that would not fade too badly as it will be in the sun 12+ hours a day. The sale made it possible for me to purchase the best one for my needs.

We need our rug within a week. I paid for express shipping and expedited processing but there wasn't anywhere to find how long shipping would take- either standard or express. I even looked at the FAQs and questions. Might be something you'd want to add for information for people in a time crunch. And no I didn't want to pay $100 more for overnight. Thanks though. :)

Wanted a washable runner - search results returned only washable runners. This doesn't happen on other websites. Made it easier to look through knowing every rug I looked at was a possible option. Checkout super easy!

The rug was delivered in about a week, sooner than expected. The colors are as shown online but it's hard to tell if there is some discoloration in the border. All in all a good value.

They have beautiful rugs that extremely reasonable price I've never ordered from them before but the rug that I initially was going to get got sold out so I ordered the round one we'll see how it goes and if I like it or not so far checking out was a breeze
