Unfortunately, the 7 x 10 multi botanical indoor outdoor carpet is snagged.
The rug has been set up for less than a week within the first day or two with normal traffic with two adults and dog the rug has multiple snags! It appeared to snag when vacuumed after being laid on the floor before the furniture was put on top of it. So immediately! I have not noticed this on the runners or the door rugs only in the large area rug. These snags are very noticeable. The rug is either defective or the product is very poorly made. I am completely disappointed in this product. I look forward to hearing from you regarding return or replacement of this rug. Thank you for your help.

This is the third rug I've purchased and I am very pleased! Rugs are brilliant colors and very durable. Also, they were shipped the same day! I love how you can visually see them in your room before purchasing!
Found the perfect rug for our den, at a wonderful, discounted price. This is my fourth rug I have purchased from this site and each one has been great. No problems of any kind at all.
I specifically filtered product type for "runners 14ft and longer", but search results were filled with many many shorter runners and only occasionally the lengths I wanted. Eventually I went to the Product Dimensions tab and moved the slider for length to beginning at 14ft 0 in (not really an easy task given the vast number of inches available). That helped some, but results still included many 13ft or lesser rugs. After finally adding a rug to my cart, I needed to add a non-slip pad. The choices were overwhelming. It took a good bit of time scrolling and doing the math in my head to figure out what was going to work with my almost 20ft runner. Why can't you just see the size of the rug in my cart, and show me only the pads that will fit?
There were a lot of rugs to choose from with lots of sizes and options. I found a new rug for my outdoor space which will look wonderful on my newly painted deck. I'm looking forward to getting it!
I decided to buy two new washable rugs. I found the ones I wanted, and purchased them wiring 10 minutes.
