When getting product descriptions for the round Nepal rug. When choosing rug size I clicked dimension 5' x 5' However, when I clicked on more details, it said dimensions 4' x 4' So which is it? There wasn't a chat box option. I ordered anyway. So, i will see which is correct. If it is not the 5x5 size, i will use the free return option.

I have one rug I'm going to have to return in another one on the way, so I don't know how the return will go yet, but will update if I have an issue. Love the no shipping, and it was shipped very quickly. I think maybe 2 to 3 days after I ordered I had it.

Sight a little hard to find all choices I needed as to rug, pad and types of pads. Other than that everything went well. I spent a little extra time going back and forth.
