Royal Mail are as much use as a chocolate fireguard. They keep losing parcels that I order off eBay and Amazon. Their customer service is poor, and they never deliver on time. Why does Lingdale have such a poor service? The post doesn't arrive now until 3-4pm. Lingdale deserves a better service from Royal Mail. They used to be great a long time ago, but are now not fit for purpose!
Dear Sirs, delivery problem, Tracking No RU*******GB posted on the 20/3/2020 seems to br still in transit. It was posted to Macedonia and sold on amazon. I paid for it to be signed, and its still not received. Amazon have now refunded the buyer How fo I file a claim for £45? As amaz refunded the charge to me when they refunded the customer, even though I sent the evidence it was sent. Just to add, I spent £4500 at royal mail, but a negative response will maen I move to Myhermes for all uk postage.

Royal mail nothings wrong mail arrived with contents missing cut open that's when it comes if it clearly isn't a bill when it does arrive has sarcastic notes written by royal mail they don't shut gate I have video evidence but apparently it's another courrier in royal mail uniform and despite there head office having video evidence and me sending them pictures haven't told them about it
I paid unpaid postage for an item which had insufficient post paid by the sender. I received an acknowledgment of payment and was informed I'd receive my mail 2 days later, 17th feb. Today, 23 feb, I still haven't received my letter. Bad. But the worst thing is that it is impossible to report this on the website - you just get sent round and round in circles. Phoning up is equally useless... you are given "advice" (!) and then the call just ends.
Items within my letter are to alleviate issues to help cope with mental health issue and anxiety. Royal Mail YOU ARE EXACERBATING THESE MENTAL HEALTH ANXIETIES BY NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE THAT I HAVE PAID FOR
They are the best i love them, and they always deliver my parcels on time every time.

Horrendous service. No mail for 6 days. Awaiting bus pass and now having to pay for 4 buses each day and hugely out of pocket. Have run out of money to get to work tomorrow (essential worker). Tried phoning Royal Mail delivery office in Perth to see if I can get someone to pick up our mail - no response. Called complaints line to see when our mail would be delivered. Advised May be Saturday 20 February (last delivery 9th February) - adviser hung up on me. Left an automated review. Hope my phone call was taped for training purposes.
Well over two weeks since I posted a birthday present to my friends' daughter in Latvia it still appears to be stuck in Aberdeen, less than 60 miles from my front door. I say appears because not only do Royal Mail have no idea where it is they don't care. Their advice is to wait 20 working days and put in a claim, as my friends' daughter's birthday is long gone I live in hope albeit slim that it might turn up in time for next years birthday
Royal Mail are a pathetic apology for a company.
Simply disgusting.
They offer you a special guaranteed next day delivery but my parcel arrived 3 days later.
It was a covid test that needed to reach the laboratory within 24 hours to be in time for the flight.
They don't deliver what they promise I know hundreds of people in the same situation - not being able to travel because of the incompetence of Royal Mail. On top of that, they just offered a reimbursement of the amount paid, rather than a compensation for the costs of the test and the consequences of not being able to take the flight.
They should ban this type of practices.
Detailed information on 8 years of royal mail service will be coming in March 2021 - in the meantime don't use Royal mail. All proof is over 8 years of stolen parcels, late delivery and the worst customer service ever experienced. March 1st 2021 fraudback.com
As of 15th December, still not arrived. Has had 'In Transit - rerouted immediately' message on track and trace since Wednesday 9th. Now on 15th lost. They will only pay the net value of item to me, not the money I paid, which is a disgrace as they are liable.

I was out on the first of December, a some thing for you card was left in my letter box. I rearranged for my parcels to be delivered on Thursday 3rd of December through the telephone number on the something for you card, I waited all day, nothing was delivered. It wasn't delivered on the Friday either. I rearranged it for Monday the 7th December, I waited in all day yet again, had to take time off for this. Nothing was delivered, this is not good. I realise it's Christmas time and things are busy at this time of year, and we are in a pandemic. I think the service has been very poor and needs some attention to see where things could be put right so these negative reviews won't happen. I hope I get my stuff, I can't afford to take more time off, I think I waited a long time for nothing. It's pretty disgusting service I'm a unhappy customer just be wary of this service.
Will never use royal mail again. Their employees are now very dishonest. I sent a parcel on the 26th for next day delivery. The parcel had other items including a perfume. I got a the grey next day delivery bag at the post office and sealed it in front of the counter lady who labelled it with a sticker as it contained the perfume. However, the items arrived without the perfume. The bag was ripped opened and resealed with a tape. Highly disappointed. I have heard stories of this happening to other people in the past but had always discounted it you know, because it's ROYAL MAIL. THEY NOW EMPLOY THEVIES - it is true if you've heard the stories too. Avoid them this Christmas. The thieves are desperately desperate.
I have never seen such a useless service in lockdown. Royal mail are just like British airways. Take your money and give out useless service
Absolutely useless, delivery due thru 24 hour track on Sat 24th, notified out for delivery and has yet not turned up, tracking service doesn't work, can't speak to an operator, I've had better service and less hassle from other crappier courier services
Prescot sorting office lost my parcel i arranged redelivery twice booked two days off work on both days they marked the item as delivered which is criminal as far as im concerned, complained but they just shrugged it off, use ipostparcels or hermes who cost about the same for parcels if not less, tracking is a given and compensation for their failings is provided, with royal mail you get nothing but a not my problem attitude...#boycote royalmail
They have stolen my power bank from my parcel(bcs its dangerous :)) )) and... They could send it back to me, so I could resend my parcel properly, but they just took my item and my money.(Lost 40 pound with no refund available).

I live in Edgware, my business is from home and we depend on our mail to run smoothly, Royal Mail is far from a smooth operation.
We get our normal mail at 5pm each day and Special Delivery at 3-4pm, Such a useless service to say the least.
And i don't have time to claim for every special delivery that arrives way past its promised delivery time, A shocking service.
PLEASE remove the word ''ROYAL'' from your tittle, your not fit to use this Word in your operation.
The Royal Mail website is one of the poorest around. It almost competes with the gov.uk site. When you have finally not found what you require, you then have a roundabout journey to the same place. When you want to complain, it ends up with you getting to that same place again. I had to resort to emailing the CEO to complain. They really need to test their systems with actual customers. Whoever is in charge of IT at RM, they need to be sacked! USELESS!
This is so weird, RM representative has made a mistake and sorted my package to wrong country. So now it is stuck in Russia without any movement for weeks. Contacted RM, they confirmed that this is THEIR mistake and that they have nothing to do with it. Awful. Stealing money and sending item to completely wrong destination without any responsibility. Worst company.
Answer: You can't get hold of the customer services at Royal Mail, it's as if they couldn't be bothered. There not a very reliable service they don't turn up when they are booked to deliver a parcel (redeliver) which is not good. I have found other companies with a much better service and a better attitude towards customers. Royal Mail is not a good company.
