I've used this device 11 times already. No results. Zero. Also, the light flash is delayed sometimes - I have to push the button several times to have a flash. I really wanted to like it. But I will wait

I am not happy with the product at all! I have light skin tone with dark brown hair, and I followed the instructions and used the IPL laser twice weekly for 4 1/2 months. At first I thought the product was working and I saw a decrease in hair growth but that was where all progress stopped...
The areas where the hair continued to grow despite treatments continued to grow. Now I was past the 12 week mark so I reached out to customer support.
After multiple emails back and forth with support I was not happy because they promise in 12 weeks to have permanent hair reduction. Which I guess in a way is true but having an armpit that still has half the hair after following the instructions seems like a waste of time and money to me. The website promises you can try or risk free with a money back guarantee. I went back in forth for weeks with customer service and they did not want to give me my money back and finally settled with giving me a half of refund. Whatever.
Now I haven't used the device for several weeks and areas where the hair looked like it had stopped growing now started again so all this work and time was so nothing.
This product is a joke. Don't waste your time and money like I did.

So initially i thought it was a scam. It did take a while to receive the product. My issue was that there was a batch of orders that were not tracking but once i got ahold of Nathan i believe he is the director of operations everything was fixed and they did make it right. I have been using the product the way it states and have seen a change but remember this takes several sessions to see full results and depending on your complexion it may not be the right tool, you have to read on their site. I was very very nervous thinking it was a scam after seeing their ads all over social media but im glad i was able to use their product. It covers more area, it has a manual and automatic option better for legs. I have been using it on level 5 with no issues at all, and the device has been working flawlessly. Please remember this is a rather new company and like any new business there will be some kinks they have to work out but the device itself is worth it. I purchased one before this one that was cheaper but it covered less area and the vent fan was a small area which meant it got really hot fast. The lumi is bigger and has more ventilation and while it gets warm its nothing like the other one i have definitely works better.

I got this as a Christmas present and stopped working in June after I have been using it for 7 weeks... I don't recommend it.

Good product, I'm glad I bought it for myself, it makes life a lot easier and I have a lot more free time. Thank you.

Hello Ladies. It will take four weeks for shipping. Please know in advance before ordering. I hope the manual is more detailed. I don't know how to adjust the level depending on the skin color.
