I am impressed with the delivery duration. It was very quick even though my location is in Singapore
I received this item in a timely fashion. I have had this device for two week & used it according to instructions. I have six weeks to go before I can definitively say if it works, however, I do feel like I am seeing results! I still have hair growth, but in most areas it is growing softer & lighter. I have used it on my lower leg, underarms & bikini line. I'm feeling very good about my purchase!
As for the site I ordered through, Sitejabber, I'm disappointed. I had looked at this device prior to seeing it advertised on sitejabber, I decided to order through this site because they offered bonus points towards my online game. Seemed like a win win!? However, I have still never received the in game credit that was adverted :( I was nervous it was all a scam? But when I did receive the order, I realize that maybe sitejabber is the scam, not the products they advertise.
Delivery was fine.
You nearly need protective glasses when using it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only they did not ship my Order, but they disappeared and stopped replying to my email as soon as I let them know I was still waiting for it. They told me I would receive an update in 1-2 business days... Now, more than 15 business days later, they still havent replied to all the e-mails I sent them. They are shameless and clerly a SCAM and fraud company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
On the first two trail, it seems like my hair growth is still at the same rate and nothing seems to change so not sure if it's up to the mark as it claims

Round 2 was completed this past Saturday, 14 May. Normally without the product I wouldn't need to shave for a week but since starting I've noticed hair growth on day 2 after laser treatment. I'm not sure if that is normal.
Not sure how effective it is yet. I've only had it a week, but it's easy to use.

Ive been using the product for one month now, I use it once a week on my body and every 4 days on my face. I have noticed less hairs popping up on my face, but theres been no difference that I can tell on my legs and arms. I will continue using it and review again in another month.
Courier had trouble locating my address, and the delivery itself last for month

Easy to use but does not meet expectations so far. There has been no change since I have started using the product thus far. I am dissappointed.
I started to use my RoseSkin machine about 6 weeks ago.
Even if it's very slow, I've noticed that my hairs started to grow thinner and fewer.
I purchased this product to help with ingrowing hairs, and I notice a slight improvement too.
It's a slow process so far, but it doesn't hurt (from level 5, you do feel like a pinch when the light flashes).
The only thing that is a bit annoying is that the machine does a lot of noise and heats pretty fast.
No issues with placing of order. And when the tracking number was not emailed, I reached out to your Instagram and they helped me to check it out. The package came all in order but the box was a tad dented. I was also sad to see that I did not get the free giveaway. I guess stock was out.
The delivery was quicker than expected and the follow up from customer service was great!
