Easy and simple! Customer service is quite responsive! It took about 2 and a half weeks to get my IPL handset. Once I used the handset on the lowest setting, it was such a breeze! I can't wait to see the results!

I have recently purchased the laser hair removal handheld set. First of all, it came within a couple weeks which was pretty fast, considering the current pandemic. Only used it once quickly before work today, so have not seen results yet- but it's definitely super easy to use right off the bat and the device is very reasonably priced. I used to spend 150 a pop to do my whole face at a laser hair removal clinic. Hopefully I now start seeing results!

My item was ready for delivery last thursday May 6,2021. The delivery man asked for the location and i sent it to him. But he never arrive or contact me. When I called him, he told me he is already far from my location. And he will deliver on saturday. Yesterday, i called him he said he is on rest day and don't know who will deliver it. I keep on calling them to update and they kept on delaying the delivery. Today I called again because they might forget again to deliver it.
