Items arrived very quickly and appeared as advertised.
I thought I'd be receiving the product home delivery, however it was sent to a specific point which was ok (it wasn't so far from my house). The problem is that they received my order until only a week later they let me know that they received it! Other than the fact that they were about to send it back! The same day I got a text that they got it. Without even letting me know they received it. It was all so complicated when it shouldn't be like this… I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it would be like this

They've asked me for a review although I've only used it for 3 weeks: no results whatsoever but I am not there yet to judge. Patience :) important warning they should give is to TEST the different intensity levels with a small area instead of "put it as high as you can tolerate": that was just terrible advice, because I noticed a leg full of burns after I finished and the next day. I'm still peeling off burn spots …
