You market vintage style dresses which are nothing like the picture in fabric or style and you don't respond to emails regarding the problem. The buying process was a scam also by setting a postage amount and then a week later wanting $30 US more. I paid $85 US for a poor quality dress nothing like the representation and you have not responded to my emails and now the link has expired. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a couple of things - a shirt and a dress. They arrived at the end of the shipping window (25 business days). The dress is nice enough, except for the fact that the skirt was see-through even with the underskirt, but that's easily fixed by wearing a slip underneath. The shirt was okay, nothing special, but I really liked the print. I went in without super high expectations, so I'm not totally disappointed.
Doubt I'll order from here again. Items were kind of meh.
I've written maybe 5 reviews in my life and I actually went to the work of finding sites to comment on how terrible and illegitimate this company is. Everything comes from China and looks like a child's $1 costume from a yard sale. Absolutely, the WORST company I have EVER bought from! You have to submit help tickets and wait weeks for them to reply to get any customer service. Then, if you can convince them that the material sucks, and take pictures of all the clothing; then wait for them to reply. Then, you will be expected to pay the return shipping which will cost you anywhere from $35 to $100! I paid 65! Worthless company, and terrible merchandise, please never ever buy from this company! You'll regret it if you do!

This is exactly why I don't shop online for clothes(first time). I ordered 4 garments I only received 3 and the three I did get are made of nylon see through crap that looks like $#*!. I placed my order on 6/24 and just received it today 7/16, I can't believe it took 22 days! It was a no shipping cost order so I knew it would take forever so I decided to pay extra for faster shipping AND even paid extra for a tracking number which was completely useless! I got an email on 7/6 saying my order was shipped, 12 days later. Before receiving that email I had emailed customer service questioning the tracking of my package and pretty much got no where and was even told "you can cancel you order if you'd like". Instead of answering questions and satisfying customers you just offer to cancel the order... And to to it all off the quality of the product sucks pretty bad! The tops I bought look like something home made by someone with no experience. Very, very disappointed with the entire purchase. NEVER AGAIN!

Never received items charged to my credit card. Complaint tickets are a joke as they basically give you the run around and pretend that you didn't pay despite back up proof submitted. The phone number is a hoax and they don't list an address anywhere so you can't file a complaint with the BBB. Only responded once I filed a Paypal dispute.

I recently reset my phone and my Google backup used my old address to autopilot the order form. I didn't realize the mistake until after I hit send. Within seconds I tried to cancel the order but I couldn't. I tried calling but no one ever answered. I ended up submitting a "ticket" 30 minutes after the order was sent in. They didn't reply within 24 hours like they promise. They didn't reply within 48 hours. At 1145pm on the 3rd day I got a response asking for my order number. I immediately sent it to the service rep. No response. 48 hours pass, no respond. On the 6th day I get a messages saying they can't find my order number in their system and to check again. I copy and paste (just like I did the first time) and sent it to the rep. No respond. The following day I get a message saying they still can't find my order number in their system and to check again. I send it to them again. The next day I get an email confirming my package was shipped and then I get a response saying that they can't help me because my package has already been shipped out. They have done nothing to help me but give me the run around. But "olivia" had no problem taking my money within SECONDS of the order going through.
Do not shop here. Run like the wind in the other direction!

I do not understand why people are saying negative things about RoseGal. I love RoseGal. Cute clothing for a inexpensive prices and fast shipping. I made a purchase of 4 items. They came in two packages. Package 1 had 3 items and package 2 had the fourth item. Why I love about their shipping is when they notify you about your order being shipped they take a picture of your package and email you it. That is really cool and never seen that before. It reassured me that the package is being delivered to me. Package 1 came within a week and package 2 came 3 days after. I love RoseGal.
Where is my merchandise I paid for? I have tried numerous times to contact these people and no surprise there is no way of getting thru either email or phone. Pissed the f*** off. I would STONGLY suggest you find what you are looking for on another website. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option!
I do a LOT of online ordering and occasionally have to return things, but from this site I needed to return EVERY item. We read the reviews that said order UP one size and we ordered Larges, even though we normally wear mediums.
EVERY item was still too small. (eleven items and NOTHING fit, even when ordered one size larger) The swimsuit cover-ups did not even cover our rear end, much less come to mid-thigh as pictured. I don't know how they get their pictures.
I started notifying them on June 5th that I needed a return shipping label (or instructions). I got an automated response saying I'd get another email within 24 hours, but never did. I contacted them again on June 19th, and again on the 24th of June. Each time I got a new ticket number, in an email that said don't respond to THIS email we will contact you, but NO RESPONSE ever came.
I have $169.00 worth of their items and NO WAY to return them.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I get upset every time I see this package sitting here waiting... and I guess I am going to give it to a nearby charity so that it will do some good for SOMEONE and I can start to forget about this rip-off company.

I haven't really had any bad experiences with this site. I recently ordered some swimsuits from them and I got them in a little over two weeks- of course other orders have taken longer but nothing I got upset about. I also get tracking with the order that shows me when it ships out of China. Overall I have enjoyed using the site.
I ordered a bathing suit that has a strap in the back to tight the bathing suit up so it could be worn and I received it without the strap so I can't even wear the bathing suit. When I tried creating a solution ticket it just a runaround. They are not helpful at all, and so I have a bathing suit that I can't even wear. I would never order from them again. HORRIBLE customer service. Now I am going to have to go and find a bathing suit part and make it myself so that I can wear my bathing suit..

I ordered 81$ worth of "Clothing" from them ( I put clothing in parenthesis cuz I have NEVER ordered clothing on line and had it show up being made of cheap a$$ tent nylon material that you can see thru). I only received HALF of my order and was SO PISSED about the product quality. Online the pics look GREAT and are super cute, so I thought Why NOT try it out? Yeah... worst mistake of my LIFE. I am currently OUT the 81$ and all they will do is continue to send me their warranty/return policy (which has nothing to do with the items I purchased. All it talks about is how you can't return intimates/swimwear) and offer an exchange/credit within their store... I want NOTHING from their store EVER AGAIN and I stated just that in my last email to them. I have yet to hear anything back from them. I actually reported them to the Better Business Bureau today that's how frustrated with them I am. gotta love their fake candid reviews they have implemented into the internet/their site. Unless you are a toddler, you most likely won't fit in any of their items, or you're trying to make a REALLY LITTLE see thru tent. Then by all means, purchase things from this company.
