I ordered 2 dresses for my daughters. I used the site's measurement guide, which was kind of ridiculous, since my 16 year old daughter is a skinny size 6, and the site had me order an XL, and a 2X for my 20 year old daughter who wears a 10. First, the dresses look nothing like the pictures! Second, the XL is way too small, and she fits in the 2X. They are very see through. They look cotton in the pictures, but are a nylon type fabric. My husband wont let her wear them except for over a bathing suit. I did expect the 3 week wait, but the UPS tracking number they sent was fake. That being said. I only paid 8 bucks each for the dresses, so I'm not too angry.
Never again will I order from this place. It truly sucks and the clothes were cheaply made and shipped in bags with not care what so ever. They would not refund all just 15% and I still haven't received it. I lost $50.00 in this order! Never Never Never will I order from this place!

I had a good experience with Rosegal. I ordered 2 sweaters with logos on them. They arrived on time and had no damage prior to delivery. I've washed and worn them more than a couple times and there is no color fade/logo coming off. They are amazing and way cheaper than actual stores would charge. I definitely recommend this website to anybody looking for some good clothing with a low price.
I ordered a pair of the Rosegals's pants. Not only did it not take 7-10 business days but when I received them 3+ months later they came in the wrong size. I ordered a SMALL and I received a LARGE. The large waist size causes very unatractive gathering and bulging in the crotch area. Also the size chart was 100% inaccurate. For a large the lengths is not supposed to be only 26 inches from the crotch of the pants to the end of the legs. I got them today and for 3 hours I have been trying to get ahold of costomer service. The phone number doesn't pick up and so I've emailed them 2 times. I hope I can get it resolved but seeing all these reviews is making me lose hope in this website. I wouldn't suggest purchasing anything from this site no matter how cute and cheap it is.

The online images/description and what you actually get in the mail DO NOT go hand in hand. What you see is very nice quality clothing with a helpful size chart and great descriptions. What you get is a cheap version and very poorly sewn item that sometimes looks nothing like the item you viewed online, that will likely not even fit anyway as their size chart is inaccurate. And their return options are barely options at all.
I will say I was pleased with a couple pairs of shoes I ordered though, shoes are hard to screw up.

Worse customer service does not have a calling number that works and have spent 3 days trying to place my order... it very time consuming and its a waste of time.

This is my first time ordering from this site, hopefully they don't let me down. I've been hearing good and bad comments toward it and I'm praying it all works out because all their items are super cute and I've never seen anything like it in other stores I've been too. I never received my order. I contacted them several times to inquire about my order. They told me my order was shipped through USPS. The only response the company gave me was to contact the US Postal Service to see if they had it. The tracking number they sent me did not exist through any Postal Service. Once I responded that I did so and that every Postal Service, UPS FedEx, USPS etc. did not have it and I wanted a refund, they did not respond. This order was placed on November 4,2014. As of today (July 12,2015), I still have not heard from the company, received a refund or my product.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The worst I've seen in all of my online shopping experiences. Ordered 12 items in March, 3 came in May, it's now July and we are still waiting. Tried calling the *******485 number and no one picks up. It just says mail box is full. Tried sending a complaint via email and you have to sign into your account first then it kicks you out. Will keep on working on getting my money back!

Placed and order for 3 shirts in June- package shipped out a few weeks later and when I recieved it there was only 1 shirt! The email stated that all of my items were in the package! Needless to say I tried calling their phone number on the site-- PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT WORK- it hangs up on you! I submitted a claim ticked and am awaiting a response but from what I read so far I think I will be contacting PayPal and my credit card company!

Rosegal.com is an awful retailer. Not only did it take 6 weeks to receive my purchase, but the quality of the items are horrible. There are strings uncut and the sewing is not straight or connected. They're sizing is also super small. I won't fit the items I purchased. They don't respond to you through the site or email. There should be a disclaimer stating they ship from China and free or cheap shipping will take extra long. Please don't waste your money.

After my items were shipped customer service replied with a 6% off code for the next time I order, which will never happen! Recently, I wrote a review about a discrepancy I had over postage. They kept offering me half refund. It has taken about a week of emails back and forth but they have finally agreed to a full refund of the postage. I wouldn't say persistence paid because it was only when I succumbed and said 'ok you win' did they agree to the full refund. Go figure?! I have yet to see whether I receive it but in the meantime I am posting this to let people know they eventually have agreed to do the right thing.

I ordered a pair of flowy knit looking colorful pants for summer. From the picture they looked great. The pants I received were made out of some rain jacket cheap material. The threads were coming out of the seams everywhere and they were sized for a 10 year old. Will never but from here again!
