Still waiting...

DO NOT ORDER FROM Rosegal. I ordered a pair of pants and still have not received them. When I have inquired about them to trace a package, they responded and told me it was on back order and would ship out July 9th. Then without emailing again, I got a SECOND email with all the same exact wording, but it said July 17th. I have a feeling I will never see those pants. They also don't offer refunds, only credit to their site. UM- no thanks. I am going to keep trying, because of the principle of the matter. There is also a good chance I will go to my bank and out it in as fraud. I am a review girl and I am kicking myself for not reading these reviews BEFORE I spent the money.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER! The clothes do not fit appropriately. They will ship your order after you cancelled. Also, the quality of the clothes are terrible, paper thin!. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (to HONG KONG, CHINA) and you only get a partial refund if the clothes do not fit.

Very disappointed

I am very dissatisfied. I ordered three dresses. One arrived and fit, one arrived but was extremely too small, and a third, a Fourth of July dress I ordered well before the holiday never shipped out, I was not told it was going to ship out late and arrive after the holiday. I had to inquire about the dress myself as no one was going to tell me it was on backorder. If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered it. I am now going to be receiving my Fourth of July in August, initially I was offered the choice of getting a refund but then was quickly denied because it took me three days to respond over the holiday weekend. Very poor customer service to offer a refund and then deny it. The only way to inquire is through email, and clearly that is a half a world away because you don't get a response for a day or two. The aggravation and inconvenience of all of this is definitely not worth the dresses or anything else. In the future I will save my money and order from a reputable site that has good customer service and much better return policies.

STAY AWAY

While their items look good and at an amazing price it goes to the saying you get (or don't get) what you pay for. I ordered a shirt on June 9. After contacting them it was finally shipped June 22. Today is July 9 and I am still waiting for my shirt to be delivered. It was a red white and blue for the 4th of July unfortunately it will be for 2016 (if I ever do get it)

A casual summer frock I ordered from RoseGal arrived after waiting almost six weeks and endless requests for information. When I opened the package, the dress was not as pictured on the website and the material was maybe one step above the quality of a plastic grocery bag. Plus - the color and print was completely different than what was pictured. It looked like something that could be used as a kitchen table cloth in PeeWee's Playhouse. It was so hideous that I didn't bother to even try the dress on.

Unhappy with the purchase, I contacted RoseGal via their exasperating "Trouble Ticket" process for instructions to return the item. Bottom line - they would offer to refund 85% of the purchase price, plus I would have to pay to return the item to China because the item was not "defective." That was the most generous of three remedies offered by the company.

Buyers beware - much of the merchandise offered by RoseGal is shipped directly from Asia (China, Singapore, etc.). Communicating with them is aggravating due to the complicated "Trouble Ticket" process and the fact they do not have a good grasp of the English language.

I am amazed that anyone has had a positive experience with RoseGal and suspect the good reviews must be the product of RoseGal principals trying to "drum up" business. RoseGal gets a negative gazillion stars from me.

Do Not Shop Here

I ordered 4 dresses and 2 tank tops and in every other store I shopped at I am a small/medium. I received the clothes, they were the smallest medium I've EVER seen and literally none of it fits me. Looks like I will be donating everything. The quality of the material is terrible, cheap, and see through, and it took about 3 weeks to get it all.

Don't waste your time shopping here, the clothes were so cute online but such a disappointment when I received them. Never again.

I ordered a shirt that I am sure everyone has seen all over the internet. I ordered it specifically for the fourth of July (red & white striped with blue bow on the back). I really only ordered it to wear for the 4th since I am really not into the color red. I ordered it on 6/23/15 expecting I would have it in time for then. While processing the order I realized that if I did not pay extra for shipping it could take a month to receive it. So, like a sucker I paid extra to have it shipped out sooner so that I would have it in plenty of time. However, that was NOT THE CASE! I posted a question on the site because it kept telling me that it was "processing" and I was cutting it close. I finally sent a message since I did not receive a response to the question I posted asking where it was. I received a response 48 hours later explaining that it was on back order or something and that it would be shipped out as soon as it was ready. They then gave me a couple of options I had at that point (exchange for another item or wait for it). Conveniently enough I got an email the next day telling me it was shipped out, that was on July 1st. Today is the 8th & I am still waiting! I just tracked the order and it's been sitting in Honolulu, HI since July 4th and as of the 6th is still there. I will never order from the site again due to this. It should really be more clearer that whether you pay extra for shipping or not that it's not going to come for a month. They advertise very cute clothes and would really like to order more from there, but again, because of this never will. At this rate I am skeptical if I will even like the shirt after all of this.

I do not write this review out of spite or anger, only to help others. I placed an order and paid extra for quicker shipping because I needed these items for an upcoming birthday. A week goes by with no communications whatsoever from rosegal.com and the order states that it is still processing. The only way to contact rosegal.com is through a form on the website. They say there is live chat, however I could not find any way to use as it always returned me to the form. I also tried calling the phone number only to get a recording that this party is not available and please leave a message which I did. So, I filled out the form asking why this order is still processing. I received a message back stating that one of the blouses that I order was out of stock. Dave offered me two solutions to my problem, 1. Wait a little longer and 2. Change my order. Dave did not make any mention as to why the rest of the order has not ship out considering it must be stock. I had to contact rosegal to find out about this item being "out of stock." I have asked Dave to cancel my order in full, and am currently waiting for his response. Considering this is a birthday present, I'm now going to have to find another clothing website, shop to find something similar, pay for expedited shipping, and just hope that rosegal.com will cancel my order and refund my money since my credit card has already been charged. Before ordering from rosegal, please consider trying to find a similar item elsewhere. I know that it is so inexpensive that you might be tempted to just place your order, but remember the words of Judge Marilyn Milian, "Sometimes the cheap turns out expensive."

UPDATE 7/19/2015: I did receive the items that I ordered. The sizes do indeed run very small. No receipt or packing slip included with the order to return. I still would not encourage people to shop with Rosegal.com, but I at least I did receive the items I ordered.

I love this site!

I have bought several items from this site and have not had a single issue. You do have to read the measurements as US sizes run different. But everything I have purchased has been quality items. If you select the free shipping it takes longer to get to you but the expedited shipping fees are cheaper than most US sites. I have turned several friends and family members onto this site and all have been very happy with the service and quality of the items they purchased. I will be a customer for years to come. Thank you Rosegal, for offering quality items at prices that I can afford! Please people you have to read the description of the item, the measurements, the processing time plus the shipping time (add those two together).

Order a top specifically for 4th of July. Placed order on June 17,2015 and paid shipping for 6-8 day delivery, estimating delivery to be June 25th. They received my payment the same day as I received email confirmation of the payment. Today is July 7,2015 and my items are still not here. According to tracking they are in Hawaii - I live in Nebraska! I sent two tickets inquiring/complaining - no response. I will never order from them again! Seeking action to refund my purchase from my credit card, buyer protection. Had to purchase another outfit locally for the holiday party I attended, since my purchase from RoseGal had not arrived. I am not pleased with this company. The clothes took a long time to ship and when I did get the first package items were missing, so I had to contact to have the second package sent. When everything arrived the clothes had strings coming off everywhere, the material was cheap and see-through, and the sizes did not fit. Now trying to return the items and get my money back has been extremely difficult.

I was searching for swimsuits online and was attracted to rosegal for their prices. They had a few swimsuits that I absolutely loved and have been looking at other websites for the same ones (but rosegal was cheaper). I showed my boyfriend and he surprised me with 3. Two out of the 3 I liked but of those 2,1 of them didn't fit (it was way to big because he totally failed at ordering haha). Anyways, I wanted to do an exchange for 2 of them. FIRST OF ALL, I was completely confused at how their system worked. I've ordered online from many websites and have never had to send images of the items, open a ticket to get approval for the return. It was absolutely awful. Of course my boyfriend apologized because he didn't read the return policy (which is something he should've known to do but it happens). So after a span of several days (6/22 to 7/4 to be exact), I get the response saying

"Thank you for your pictures. We are sorry to tell you that we do not have the length on our website, please check this attachment.It is the size chart of Sexy Halter Hollow Out Solid Color One-Piece Women's Swimwear on our website. Here are 2 solutions in this case based on our policy and there is no need to return them.

1)Refund you 5usd to your wallet of rosegal

2) You can choose a new item which is at or below 10usd and then we will reship the item for you.

Honestly, I am to through with this company. I never asked for a return, and they completed disregarded the other swimsuit. I almost fell out of my chair laughing at the horrible solutions provided. The swimsuits were more than both 5 and 10 dollars. Because of my personality and my belief that he shouldn't have to pay money for something I can't even wear I am continuing to fight for my exchange (I feel bad that his surprised completely failed), but as for shopping with them again, NEVER EVER EVER! Please do not shop here!

All items look cheap, bad quality, sizing is wrong. Is a total rip off! Now I'm trying to contact them to return everything and haven't got an answer..

THE HECK? Who cares if it's the weekends? Isn't there a person on patrol dealing with these orders? Here is some possibilities of there site scam:
-Con artists
-thieves
-use the money for other items
-to cheap to be true

I don't recommend this site to anyone. There are a bunch of other great stores, and why choose this one? Just stick with stores/sites you know of (and the stores/sites that make professional commercials ion TV).
