I purchased 3 blouses, after reading some reviews I sized up 1-2 sizes from what I normally wear. My very petite co-worker who is a size 5 with no boobs tried on one of the blouses marked as 2XL and it didn't even fit her. They showed up 3 weeks or so later, the white blouse had dirt stains on the front, back and lace sleeves. All 3 blouses looked very poorly made. I'm guessing this is probably child labor and why the sizes are so small, those poors kids are making sizes that fit them! They are hassling me about the return and only offering a $10 coupon... I don't want your cheap clothes, why offer up a coupon for more crap? Unacceptable. Then I read their return policies and the hassle of returning this crap back to China. There you have it folks... this is all out of China. Cheap knock off, counterfit junk capital of the world. Save your money... and time. This is a waste of both of them.

SO I just received a dress and some pants from them and I am pissed and disappointed they are very cheaply made like the kinda stuff you would get at the flea market definitely didn't look as advertised I am usually a smart consumer but I really messed up with this. I filed a complaint but from reading other reviews probably will get no response. I would like a full refund but shipping the items back would cost me the same as what I spent if not more. BEWARE!

The quality is very good for the price. I would recommend purchasing from Rosegal. I have purchased many items in the past few months and have been very satisfied. However items do run small so be sure to order a size or two up. Shipping has always been fast in my experience, when ordering on a Friday Saturday or Sunday, processing takes longer which delays the shipping process. Read the reviews before purchasing an item as some items are cheaply made, I have found them to be very honest and helpful when making purchases of my own. I will continue to purchase from Rosegal in the future as long as quality and prices remain the same.
So this is my third review. I had finally received my shirt after about 4 months. On the top of the shirt, the collar is all uneven and there's threads hanging from underneath the short sleeves. I still am not able to login to the site because it won't let me click where you put your email and password. I was going to send it back but at this point it's worthless because it will probably be another hassle and cost more than what I actually paid for it. So PO'd right now at this company. I will be making a complaint to the BBB. How is this company still in business?

Ordered several pieces from this site. The clothing was cheap, of the poorest quality and I did not receive all of the items I ordered and paid for. The clothing was sown incorrectly with crooked seams. Even the bathing suit straps were lop sided. I ordered the strapless bra and it never came. There is no live chat as they claim to have. There is no contact person to speak to and they do not respond to claims within the 24 hour period as they state on the website. I would like to start a class action lawsuit against this company for fraud. BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE!

I ordered my items 3-4 weeks before I was leaving on vacation. I ordered the items specifically to have on my travels. It took 2 weeks before I even got word that the order had shipped and I did not receive the items until after my trip. This turn around time is unacceptable. Additionally, the items were very cheap, poor quality, and one pair of pants that was advertised to be long went to mid-calf. Unacceptable. I would NEVER order from them again.

Placed an order on June 17th and now it's July 1st... no order received! Submitted a "Support ticket" to question the status because it is still showing "processing"... no response! I ordered the items for a holiday occasion. Based off the reviews and the lack of response, I think I made a bad choice.

I cannot even believe what I received. I order online all the time and expected the clothing to be a little cheap because the price was great but OMG, the worst I've ever gotten online shopping. This company is a rip off. Not only is it unorganized but the clothing is very cheap and is nothing like the pictures. The sizes are way off and the patterns in the pictures on clothing are nothing like the product received. I ordered a number of items from this company and only received half of what I paid for. Instead of sending me the rest of my order they refunded me solely on a few of the items, when they should of refunded me on shipping as well. I would not recommend ordering from this place, there are better sites and clothing out there.

Clothing is cheaply made. Sizes run extremely small. Clothing is made for Asian buyers of which they don't make clear unless you have an issue. Tops aren't as long as shown and the wrong color. I was charged for my order but it hasn't shipped in 8 days even though I ordered with expedited shipping. Also, they review all comments and don't post anything negative. Their positive feedback appear to be written by them as the spelling and grammar is the same as the poor grammar and spelling On their website. This company is outside of the U.S. Therefore they make it difficult to make exchanges, returns, etc. if you don't want to lose your money, don't make any purchases from Rosegal. I will be disputing my purchase with my bank.

Very cute pictures of clothes at great prices - total scam! The pictures look like lovely cotton material but are really nasty nylon (tells you in small print) and sizing is unbelievably off! Very unfriendly site for complaints, they do not do full refunds and you have to pay to return to China. I made a major error that I normally don't do and that is to just be persuaded by the photos and not checking up on an unknown website - and boy am I paying for it now. Please read other reviews and see that most are saying the same thing. Keep your money and don't shop this website.

I ordered (8) items which looked nicely made from the website. I just received them and more than half of them look like a kid made them... Fabric is horrible and they look nothing like the pictures. I expected the items to be a little cheaply made due to the fact that the prices were so cheap but i did not expect the horrible quality i received. I also am missing two of my items.
