I ordered 4 items, they came in as much time as I would expect to ship from China to the US, but between 2 tank tops, 1 dress & a pair of 76cent earrings, the only thing I can wear are the earrings (which ultimately are now a $39 pair of earrings). Nothing has sizes in it, or any tags for that matter, so who knows if the "size" is even what I ordered or just what they had enough fabric to make. The fabrics are not "20% cotton/80% rayon" or "70% cotton/30% rayon" they seriously feel like 100% nylon- think parachute. I have been sewing for most of my life & own a formal dress shop, I know fabrics and these are the cheapest of the cheap! Save your money and spend it on a quality item that costs a bit more.

I just want to say I just FINALLY got the shirt I ordered from a month ago and its the worst fitting, worst quality of shirt I have ever ordered from someone (oh it already has holes and I haven't even worn it). I made the mistake of ordering before looking at the reviews and I will make sure to let everyone I know who is interested in ordering not to waste their time and money with y'all. The shirt I got was supposed to be for the 4th of July and due to the fact it's hideous and fits HORRIBLY, even after trying to alter it, I will have to go find something else to wear... with a week to spare (and might I remind y'all I ordered this shirt the end of MAY and got it FRIDAY(6-26-15)! THAT IS RIDICULOUS!

I placed an order two weeks ago and have had no word on my order. When I check the site it says that there is no record of me even ordering anythibg, even though the money was drafter from my account. I have sent a ticket and have not gotten a response still. I have lost weight and found their site filled with really super cute affordable clothing items that I thought when w my budget allowed again I would buy more from. I ordered several items in January of 2015 and I only received one item after three months of waiting. For the benefit of the doubt, I waited for the rest of the items to arrive until I gave up and finally reached out to their customer service. I was told that to ensure the arrival of the orders, I should have purchased/paid for their delivery insurance. I was even told to go to my local post office (like I have all the time in the world) to check if my package has arrived. My Turtleneck (one out of seven items that I ordered in Winter) arrived in Spring when it is no longer useful. My Turtleneck only costs $ 12.41 but came out to $31.28 because I did not get refunded for the other items I did not receive. What a waste of my money and time. Makes me wonder if all companies based in China or anything that you order from China is unreliable and untrustworthy as Rosegal.com. Buyers beware.

I ordered a small/medium romper and received like an extra large or something, it is huge. Then I ordered a white dress and it is completely see through and unwearable with strings hanging off of it. Nothing like the picture. And customer service is not friendly.
EDIT: Its funny ya'll say u get small sizes everything Ive ordered has come an extra large when Im $#*!ing tiny. Wtf

I ordered a tank top (4th themed size M) and a bikini (also M) on June 6th and paid via PayPal for the order & expedited shipping. I usually wear a 12-14 in girls. I received an email the following day that included a photo of my package. No tracking #, which I had also paid for. The package arrived 3 weeks later containing only the bikini, size S. Ugh. And it won't even fit my 13 year old! I filed a "trouble ticket" online (which says will be answered within 24 hours) last week, still no answer and it won't allow me to file another. The link no longer works. Also, I just checked PayPal, and the Merchant ID has been changed from "Rosegalc" to "Olivia". Looks like Olivia has taken our money and run. I'm going to attempt to contact PayPal and see if I can get something back. From now on I WILL ALWAYS check reviews before spending money online. If it seems too good to be true...

I've never been so disappointed in a company and felt so scam as I have purchasing from Rosegal. First of all, it took way to long to receive my package (close to a month). Then when I finally got the package, it was disappointing. The photos online lead you to believe you are getting a quality product compared to the actual purchases you receive. Clothing is made from the cheapest material and received in such poor quality with horrible wrinkles from trying to shove everything into the cheapest packaging. When I went back to look for a return policy, there wasn't anything.
Absolutely terrible, they need to be stopped.

I was extremely pleases with my order. I bought a bunch of jewelry and a hat from Rose Gal and everything was great quality especially for the price I paid. Customer service was quick to answer any of my questions. Shipping was fast. It was an all around great experience and I will be going back in the future.
Do not order from these people! I ordered 2 of the same dressed for my daughters to wear at a school function. They don't match and the sizes are way off. They arrived dirty, like they were sitting in a warehouse unwrapped prior to shipping. The quality of the material and construction is extremely poor. I am trying to get a refund and they are now ignoring me completely after multiple attempts to contact customer service. Im hoping to get a resolution through my credit card company I dont know what else to do. They claim that "you can shop with confidence" because the items are returnable. This has to be illegal!

Sure the clothes are cute, and cheap, but I'd rather go with a trusted seller than buy with these people ever again! First of all, the material on the clothing is really cheap and shoddily put together. The sizing obviously is asian sizing, which I knew considering the stuff comes from China, but it's completely off base from the conversion table they provide. And it costs more money to return the items than purchasing the item costs.
The most aggravating though is that I wrote honest reviews of the items I had purchased. Of which 2 were actually positive. Well out of the about 10 reviews I wrote, only those 2 with the positive reviews were posted! So the reviews are unreliable as they clearly eliminate all the negative reviews. Considering I highly rely on reviews when making my purchases, I felt this was incredibly deceitful and unethical. I'll never buy through them again.

Rose Gal is a scam.
My order was missing half of what i paid for. The sizing is so $#*!ed up - I ordered a large to be safe and it's comparable to an XS shirt. The had hidden costs and shipping fees. Their contact / support center is terrible, I have emailed multiple times and have gotten nothing back. The quality is awful, so cheap. You can tell it's made in china. Frayed strings coming off the clothes. My short's didn't even have the hole in them from the button to do up. I am so disgusted by this company - it is a scam! Please I wish I had looked up reviews before I wasted my money of this piece of $#*! company. WARN YOUR FRIENDS TOO!

I ordered a swimsuit May 5th, it is now June 26th and still it has not arrived. I'm not even going to bother trying to resolve the issue after reading these reviews; it seems like it will only be a headache and won't get me anywhere. I'm lucky I only ordered one small item for $20. I'm only writing this review to add that yes, one more person has been completely ripped off by this company. Make sure to tell your friends so they aren't ripped off as well!

Rosegal.com has incredible clothes and accessories and best of all, low prices.
-my first order got late to arrived, because my local postal service lost it, but it arrived indeed.
-my second order, i paid for tracking number on flat rate shipping (its cheap to pay a tracking number) and it arrived less than a month later (its understandable because almost all orders are send from China, and in my case, to Mexico)
-third time, i got an offer to pay less on expedited shipping, it takes less than a week arriving home :) (i placed order on june 1st and it arrived on june 6th)

Ordered 1 women's top (July 4th themed) and 2 women's swimsuits. They sent me a defective top - big red stripe missing from the back (picture the flag and take away one of the red bars... looks stupid right?). The women's swimsuits I ordered were size Large and wouldn't fit a women over the age of 12! Sent in a photo of the top through the Support Center option and got back a form letter with a link to their refund/exchange policy. No refunds on swimsuits...

Worst experience of my life trying to create a ticket for my 3 missing items that I PAID FOR. I have now created 3 "tickets" for customer support without a response. When I try to view my ticket status is always say. Ticket closed, or ticket not found. The two items I did receive were nothing like the picture. Total scam and rip off.
