I ordered the wrong size of trousers (a few pairs) and was told as it was the size I ordered, I was not eligible for a refund. The response was this, "We sent the right size according to your choice so, it is your fault as you said, sorry to inform you we couldn't refund it." I am currently awaiting a response regarding the possibility of an exchange however, they responded to me a lot quicker in the past than I have waited so far.
Seriously. I have bought so many outfits from this site and I love them all. The price is great and the quality is good too. You really can't go wrong if you pay attention to the sizing chart and measurements. I've worn a few of the outfits I've bought so far from Rose Gal and I've received many compliments! I'm so thrilled that I found this site! Also, the customer service is really friendly too. Always a bonus! I'm hooked!
I love Rosegal, but you must inform yourself before you order. First of all, the shipping can take a LONG time, so beware. I only order when I'm in no rush to receive my purchase (like 2-3 months before I plan on wearing the items. With that being said, sometimes, I'll be surprised by fast shipping. But, this in NOT the norm. Secondly, most of the sizes run a little small, so if you're in doubt, order a size up. The One Size items (xsmall-medium) usually fit me every time, but I'm a size small-medium. For individual-sized items, I usually order a large. Finally, don't expect Nordstrom's quality merchandise for these prices. I've scored many super cute deals through Rosegal, but I handwash and air dry my delicate clothes to make them last. If this is not for you, then don't order from them. I've never tried returning. I ordered a cute swimsuit and the top was too snug; I ended up giving it to a friend instead of trying to deal with the returns system. I didn't even read the reviews, but I figured it would be difficult with an international seller. Besides the swimsuit was like $14 so it was not a huge loss, and my friend loved the gift. Be realistic.

I've contacted them 3 times and they just keep saying i'll get my order and it's my fault because i didn't pay for shipping that includes tracking. I would think if the client never receives the product that the company would reimburse them or resend the product but nope! Worst company ever!

The online ordering site of my dreams! So many choices from dresses to shoes to everything. LOVE IT! The price's are amazing. I didn't think that it would ever be possible to spend $100 and have over 8 different outfits to choose from. Their customer service is also wonderful. One of the dresses i ordered had a very small hole in it. When i got in touch with them about doing a return they gave me two options; i could keep the item and they will put money on my account to use for a new purchase or i could send the item back for a full refund. But seriously who lets you keep an item and then they pay you to keep it? Its pretty great if you ask me! Give it a try i assure that you wont be disappointed :)

Please everybody SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy from somewhere else! I ordered a 4th of July tank top on June 8th and got it after the 4th. I guess it doesn't matter because it is the STRANGEST fit I have EVER seen in my entire life! I'm 5'10" athletic build and I swear to you I can wear smalls, mediums, larges and x-large depending on how stuff is made and how I want it to fit my body. Well I got a large and it is SOO SHORT and so oddly made that it wouldn't fit ANYBODY'S BODY RIGHT! NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I had to give it "1 STAR" in order to rate it, but I wouldn't even give it that! JUNK!
This is by far the biggest scam I've ever seen. Totally cheap. Made by children. You can't get ahold of anyone to return product. I ordered xtra large just to be safe and the size is an xtra small in any department store. Totally despicable. ABSOLUTELY LIVID.

I agree with several of the other reviews. If I read any of them before ordering from rosegal, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The clothes I ordered were cheap-see through and several sizes too small. I just wanted to return my clothing and you can send your clothes back to China at your cost and they'll give you a small portion of what you paid. They wanted me to take pictures of my clothing to show it was see through so they could send it to their manufacturer then they'd get back to me. After dealing with this for almost 2 months I have no real solution. I can spend more money to send it back or keep clothes I can never wear. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Always feel free to shop online, but I saw the variety of things they sell and try. I bought 3 times and everything has come to me. The clothes and shoes I bought've loved. Truth recommend for the variety and quality that sells.
I usually don't take the time to write reviews but this company has frustrated me with the lack of customer service. Please do not order from them unless you are willing to lose the money on a gamble. The shirt I ordered for my daughter did not look at all like the advertised item on the site... it was cheap quality fabric and poorly made. The image on the site appeared to be a sweater type fabric with a nice knitted hem but the item I received only had the hem serged and turned up. The fabric on the item I received looked like netting I could go fishing with.

I ordered 4 sun dresses from this company. It took so long to receive then in the mail, I had totally forgotten that I ordered them. So I tried them on... smh these sizes are a joke. My 5 year old daughter couldn't fit them. They don't answer the phone and emailing them is a joke as well they keep replying with the same message read the warranty/return policy.
