I was kinda skeptical at first because some of the pricing seemed too good to be true, but I was happily surprised to find that the items I bought were very decent. The shirt I got was a little fuzzy in terms of the image printed on it, but it isn't so bad that I can't wear it. I also bought a kimono that is gorgeous and pretty well made. The free shipping really sells me. The items smelled funny, kinda like smoke, but that aired out within two days. Overall, I didn't have any trouble and got what I expected for the price. Sizing was on target too.
Rosegal has great products and accessories which i have ordered many for myself and family. The images on the site are exactly what i received with no damage or misrepresentation. Shipping time is good and packaging is very secure. Customer service is prompt and helpful when i have any questions or issues. I will definitely continue to shop with Rosegal

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought two bathing suits, spent $50. Both arrived damaged and with rips even stains on them. No tags, just thrown in a little bag with a sku number on them. They were so cheap that the threads were coming apart in the seams and hems. Ordered XL... it is a medium at best! Package came from China! Tried to deal with returns and got someone who barely speaks English. It took 5 days to even get a response that made sense... and what do they say? "May I advise you give to friend as gift or sell it? Then you reorder new suits and I give discount code to you". I kid you not... exact quoted sentences. To return... They want me to pay to ship them back to China and then pay to have them shipped back to me again. Or pay shipping back to China and then take a partial refund for the return. Or better yet just give away the crap defects and the. Pay them for more shoddy merchandise. Ridiculous! COMPLETE SCAM!

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this site. I ordered what looked like a beautiful tye dyed dress from their site and I even paid more to have it shipped faster and I really wish I hadn't because what I got was a torn up dress that reeked of smoke! I couldn't even figure out how to put it on because it was wrecked! Thankfully it was only 26 bucks but regardless I expected to be buying what was on the picture but instead got some knock off cheaply made dress that was wrecked and couldn't be worn. I got a xl and I can wear it like a shirt but a dress well it doesn't even cover my $#*!. In the picture it looked much longer then what I got. Any who terrible buy and will not be purchasing anything from them again. I would highly advise you don't either.

You have to be very small frame to order their clothes. I ordered a XXL and a XXXL because I wanted a baggy look. Well this fit me like my own skin. It took a month to ship, yes it was free, but a month? In order to return it (TO CHINA) it would cost as much as one of the shirts! They told me in order to return it I should take a picture with it lying flat next to a ruler. Ummm, excuse me? This is a ridiculous site. Don't do it.

I love the selection of clothing and the prices are almost too good to be true
Total disaster! I've ordered a swim suit based on their chart but the chart totally incorrect. Many emails back and forth but they keep insisting it is not their problem. What kind of business are they running? SCAM.

I ordered 2 dresses and they both had issues, but the one was catastrophe! I asked about refunding but I had to pay for shipping even though it was THEIR error. The one dress had loose bust area and the zipper down the back is not even close to center. The other dress looked like it was sent to me before they even finished it. Shipping back to China was MUCH more than what I paid for the dresses combined so I took the credit they gave me to order a pair of pants that I need for work. Looked nothing like the photo, it was made of very weird material and the button hole was not even close to being open enough for the button. Needless to say I'm never ordering from them again... Definitely a rip off

I ordered 2 bathing suits from Rosegal on July 1. I have recently lost 180 pounds and I was very excited to purchase the 2 vintage style suits at such a low price. I'm usually really good about researching when I'm shopping with a new company, but this time I let my excitement get in the way. I decided to read reviews on them after I made the purchase. I was terrified! I read one good review that looked like it may have been planted. I received my bathing suits yesterday, and I'm happy to say that they are exactly what I expected! They are so cute, and they fit! They aren't the best quality in the world, but at $15 a piece, I wasn't expecting them to be. I don't usually write reviews, however, I felt compelled to say, you may not have the same bad experience as others. Overall, I am pleased. I probably won't shop with them again (I don't want to tempt fate) but I'm happy with this purchase.
After waiting for over a month for my clothes to arrive... Omg never ever in my life experience such a thing... Yes u get or u pay for it but this is incredible... Horrible fabric and design even in the worse one shop they don't sell things like this. Save your money and time is just not worth it at all.

I have ordered many items from this web-site. Some items fit great and look exactly like the pictures. Other items appear that they would only fit a child and look like a completely different product. I have left good reviews on the web-site for items I thought fit well and were as described. I have also written negative reviews but none of those appear on the web-site and when I would try to upload a photo it never was able to be submitted. Overall, I would say if you like surprises and don't mind throwing away your money then you have nothing to lose. Otherwise, I would say you're better off spending a little more money and going somewhere else.

I am 5.01 high and my weight is 165 pounds. I ordered a swimming suit XL. What they sent me doesn't fit in any American women, maybe in a child. They should use as model Chinese women that are short and don't have breast. The phone for complain is disconnect.

I ORDERED MY DRESSES JUNE 28TH JUST NOW GOT THEM IN THE MAIL TODAY, ITS JULY 23RD.

I ordered a dress and it looks nothing like the one on the website. It's just a cheap imitation of the original designer dress. They don't refund you the full amount either and try to get you to exchange for something else.

They provide a really wide selection of cute trendy clothing at a VERY reasonable price. I bought a jacket from Rose Gal. It arrived in the allotted time they say on the website and they gave me free shipping! Cute and flattering style, got a small and it fits me perfectly. Got a ton of compliments, this is one of my favorite pieces of clothing now.
Placed my order on 6/24 and according to the email I received, it shipped on 6/29. It is now 7/23 and still no product. Was told that since I didn't pay for the insurance I couldn't track my order and it could take up to 45 days to receive. Afraid to get my order due to reading all the horrible reviews. I won't make the mistake again of order from them. Beware!

I ordered a few items - big mistake. First of all you can't return them unless they are defective. The dress looks nothing like the picture. The swimming suit - I don't know who they base their sizes on; I am 6' 200# athletic build and I can't get the suit over my KNEES (I ordered XL). Very cheap quality and extremely disappointed.
