I ordered a few things from Rosegal about ten days ago. I received an email stating they received my order and nothing else. When you try to email them on their support, it says you gave the wrong code. When you try to go online, nobody is there. When you call, nobody is there. I also decided to cancel my credit card just in case!
The stuff I ordered was very poor quality and I did not realize at the time that it was coming from Hong Kong and if I did I would never have gotten it. Also you don't get a refund on what you get. Very disappointed. I spent a good amount of money there and it was a HUGE waste. Very sad I don't get a refund on the clothes. What a Waste.
Only half my items showed up and some jewelry was missing pieces... The sizes are soooo tiny and the quality is poor. Also did anyone else notice when you log onto the page where it should say "your que-s-tions" what it really says is "your que-tions" It was cheap but cheap still adds up and Im not made of money. I will never buy from them again. I was very disappointed. The items I was most excited to receive were of course the ones i have yet to get. I would say size wise these products are childrens sizes. Maybe junior sizes but not quite... The worst part is until they have you pay you will have no idea its coming from hong kong. No way I would have purchased these items knowing that. Some sweat shop full of freakin kids probably made all of these products. I am not a supporter of that at all. Just very very disappointed. This was my first online purchase ever for this exact reason. Now i know to do my due diligence before making purchases online uuuggghhhh... In the photos the teal dress is my own which is the size the site says I ordered... WRONG!
My husband ordered me 4 shirts from here - all mediums. 1 could fit a 200 pound woman, one could fit a 7 year old, one is long but too tight for anyone to put over their head, and the tank was long on the model but a belly shirt on me. I stand 5"6' and weigh 130 pounds. I am not disproportionate or hard to fit. These size mediums were all over the place. Materials were just as terrible; one was made out of slick shower curtain material! None of them had any stretch or any identifying tags on the inside. Absolute worst waste of $55. And you don't find out until after you order that it's coming from China. Making a return is incredibly difficult, they only say "partial return" what is that? I send back a whole product and get a partial return? Its probably because the "free shipping" on the way to you is deducted from the refund if you choose to pay shipping and customs to ship it back to them. Out of a $55 purchase you may really only get like $10 back after you've paid for shipping. It's no wonder they keep making money, everyone is curious enough to try and then see the loss in trying to return, so the company never knows any repercussions. Stop being curious, it's all crap. Do not give this Chinese company your money! I regret that we did.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and laid for expedited shipping... when I look at the order it says that it is still processing and I have tried to call, create a ticket and ask a question online... nothing seems to be working. You seem to have no trouble charging my credit card though, please get in touch with me regarding this issue.
I ordered a dress four months ago (April 10), and paid extra to be able to track my package. After about two weeks, the tracking information stopped even updating, saying the package was delivered. This business is poorly ran, with the worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with (and I do quite a bit of online shopping.) The only way to successfully co tact then is through their "ticket" system, which is sinilar to emailing. Their online chat representatives love to exit the sessions before you even get a chance to finish talking. The phond line for the company posted on theur site does not work. The first time I contacted them, they said it could take up to 60 business days to get my package and to be patient. Stupidly, I listened... after those 60 business days had passed and still no package, I contacted them again. They claimed they did not know what had happened to my package, and to wait and it might arrive. As of July 25th, I still had received no package, and contacted then yet AGAIN, to which they responded they could either refund me or reship the package for free. I told them that after waiting for four MONTHS for the frigging dress which I intended to wear over the summer, they needed to reship the dress and refund my money. After insisting again and again that I pick just one option, I told them that I wanted a refund. I also told them I didn't trust their sad excuse for a company to even get another package to me. Once I opted for the refund, she said I would see where it had been refunded into my account after a few days. I still haven't seen anything go back into my account, so I have reported them to the better business bureau, and econsumer. I hope anyone considering ordering from them will heed all the warnings. They are a terrible company to deal with, and from what I've read, even if you do receive the package it is poor quality.
Ordered 2 wigs - had no idea these were coming from China, or definitely would not have purchased. The lengths on the wigs shown on Rosegal I ordered were ear length and chin length - both came in a shoulder length, hairs starting falling out right away, top where the tying is, looks like a rats nest - totally not what I ordered or was pictured. Rosegal of course will not provide a shipping return for their mistake - no quality - no decent customer service - never again and by the looks of the other reviews, wish I had researched more before I purchased.
I ordered 3 bathing suits about a month ago and still haven't received the rest of my order!
You get what you pay for, wouldn't recommend anyone purchase something as you cannot return any item that is unsatisfactory without spending as much again to return it. Items are of poor quality as well.

First off, you should know that I am not a very negative person, but a customer can only take so much, and I'm done. You have eternally ruined online shopping for me, you are a joke of a company for many obvious reasons. Let me just pour out the laundry lists of issues I have been having, I ordered this skirt two months ago, TWO. I have been patient with you, because I understand that there are issues with international shipping, but I contacted you people numerous times, your phone number that you have on your website DOES NOT WORK, and your live chat center representatives just love to end your chat sessions at any given moment, on top of all of the trouble I have had with you people, I have yet to receive my skirt, so one of your lovely online representatives guaranteed me that it was not in stock at the moment, but I should be receiving it on the 23rd of July, so I believed them. Foolish me, here I am, it now being the 27th of July, still only dreaming that your awfully ran joke of a business would get their $#*! together and actually deliver their product, come to find out, after another excruciating run around with your live chat, that I have two options, wait it out, or get a credit for another product, I told them there was no way I was paying for another item from you fools, and I wanted a refund, come to find out somehow they got confused and thought I payed with paypal! So now, my money is going into some random paypal account that I don't have. Way to go Rosegal, get it together, your reviews already speak volumes about how you step on your customers.
I have nothing but good things to say about Rosegal! Everything was exceptional. I ordered 4 items (3 skirts and a dress), everything came exactly like the picture showed on the website. Everything fit extremely well too! I read reviews before ordering and saw a lot of complaints about sizing and late deliveries. Here's my advice for those who may be thinking about placing an order:
Sizing: don't go by your usual size! Every item on their website has a unique size chart to that particular item. I strongly recommend looking at the size chart for every individual item you're ordering, AND measure yourself! Knowing your measurements is the only way to ensure a proper fit! Rosegal gives the measurements for every piece on their website, just because you're usually a medium does not mean you should automatically click medium on everything in your cart. Seriously, I can't stress these two things enough -- check the individual size charts and measure yourself!
Delivery: I paid for expedited shipping (the fastest shipping they have, it was actually less expensive than second fastest. I don't know if that's normal but that's how it worked out for me) the website said every order takes 3-7 business days for processing, and expedited shipping was an additional 3-7 business days. I placed my order on a late Friday night. I didn't expect to receive my order for about two, maybe two and half weeks, I received my order the following Friday! Exactly a week later! I think this was the fastest shipping I've ever received from outside the country! I recommend paying a little extra for the fastest shipping available, in the end the extra money was so SO worth it.
Overall my experience with Rosegal was incredible! My items are all beautiful and the shipping time was efficient, my package arrived intact, with nothing wrong with it. I will be recommending Rosegal to everyone I know and I will definitely be ordering again soon!
I ordered 4 items from Rosegal online. All of the sizes are extremely small. I usually wear mediums in everything and 9/10 dress. The medium could probably fit on a doll and the skirts were VERY short. I tried to return these items and as I was on their site I noticed some interesting clauses for an online store to have:
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a partial refund or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. This includes product returns due to the buyer choosing the wrong size/color or because they don't like the item (no product defects).
So first of all, if you return an item you can't even get a full refund? The point of having an online store is for people to be able to try things on at home and return them if they need a different size or if they look terrible. How do you operate an online store without providing these assurances?
And not only do you get only a partial refund, but you're responsible for the shipping to return said items. So basically you might as well just keep the items.
I contacted support and they would not tell me how to return the items, they wanted me to send photos. So I took photos and tried to respond to their support ticket online only to find that the ticket had expired (2 days after it was sent!). So I had to do a new ticket explaining the situation and still have no idea what I will get for the return. This hasn't been worth the hassle at all but luckily I only spent about $50. I just wish I had never seen this place. Maybe I'll get lucky and they will return some funds... we will see.

Ordered 2 large dresses that showed up perfect size for my 3 year old. They both had thread hanging out of them and parts not sewn together. No tags inside or out... Material was sheer. It would cost me $25 to return them and they cost me $35 to get them. They wanted me to keep them and get $5 credit to my next order! Stay away from them! They are a huge scam! Also, it said it was shipped from China but when arrived it had a New York address on the package. SCAM!

Sizes are ridiculous! After 15 frustrating back-and-forth emails they send me an absurd sizing chart basically weaselling their way out of refunding me.
Don't even bother trying to call the USA help service line. If the person actually answers the phone for a change, it'll be a guy clearly working out of his house, hardly understands English greeting you & then hangs up on you Mid-Sentence before you can fully explain the issue... Guy- "Ohhhh oh ooh okay" click dead air!

Which item? How about the one we've been emailing back-and-forth about for the last 15 emails! AGHHHH!
They are making it extremely difficult to return for a refund. I ended up just packing it up exactly as the package came & returned it. Fingers crossed I actually get my money back!
So, altogether 4 out of 6 items that I ordered are child sized!
The material used is horrible- thin, very low Quality, 2 of my items have large rips in the seam.
DO NOT ORDER FROM RoseGal! You'll be sorry that you did.

I haven't yet received my product. I wrote the owner and they said 45 days or more, and the only way I could get to them is by filing a Paypal complaint. That's because the website help didn't work, chat didn't work, e-mailing didn't initiate a response, and no one answered the phone when I called. Found out the products are coming from overseas, so don't expect your order right away. Thought this was a scam, but low and behold, about a month later I received half my order in my mail box. Then, about two weeks later the other half of my order arrived. When I had reported to the company that my $18.00 order didn't arrive, they said through PayPal that they would refund me $10.00. Luckily my order arrived... finally. How was the product? Cute, actually. A little on the small side for a size 10, but cute. They just need to get a distributor in the US, and work on their customer service. :)

I feel compelled to write a review because most people on here are complaining and it just isn't right. If you're dumb enough to buy something for 10$ with free shipping--then you're dumb enough to not be happy and not be able to get a response.
YES. This clothing will take a month to receive. YES it may not fit. YES it's cheaply sewn and cheap fabric. But what on earth did you expect for 10$?!?! If it doesn't fit, oh well. 10$ down the drain. And if it does? Awesome. You got a 10$ outfit that won't last long but beats the same outfit for 80$ at express.
I've ordered quite a few things from here and it's hit or miss. I fully expected my 5$ and 10$ dresses to probably not fit. When 4 out of 6 of them did, I was happy with that. One of them needed extra sewing to make it fit. And I'll never wash these on anything but handwash. BUT. I could never get anything like this at any retail store. So I'm happy.
Lower your expectations. Expect it to possibly not fit. And stop expecting customer service to be prompt--it's China for@&$sake.
I would and will buy again. Because for 10-20$ at MOST, it's excellent and a win win. Can't really go wrong. Sorry guys.
Everyhting looks beautiful online until you receive the actual product and then the shock sets in. Terrible fabric, none of the clothes fit despite ordering as per the size chart. I noticed a couple of loose threads too. What a waste. Cheap is truly expensive

This is the first time I have ever reviewed a company am I will tell you that this I one of the worst companies I have ever come across. Nothing fits and the items are poorly made. There are no tags or a receipt or any direction on how to return your order. When I tried to contact Rosegal via my shipment email on how to return the items and get a refund no one responded (not surprising). So now I am out money and stuck with crappy clothes!

Order partial shipped. 1st shipment was poor quality (as expected for the price) but also I believe One Size Fits None. Large blouses don't even fit my XSmall daughter. Remaining pieces of order shipped after complaint sent but 2 weeks after the 4th of July... those cute Red, White, & Blue blouses were no longer wanted. I didn't even open the 2nd package based on notes on the Rosegal return page.
Then the real disaster began. Tickets are closed if you attempt to rate the service. Responses to return request started with what is your order #. You can't submit without an order #. Really? Then they want pictures. Why? Then they just stopped responding at all. After 9 requests to return the order number was blocked so I can no longer submit a ticket.
When I posted on SiteJabber they responded that an email was sent to me to resolve. Another Lie... there was no response to resolve. After posting again and on FB, Rosegal FINALLY responded - but told me to complete a RMA (not available), to send the goods back to China including "carefully printing the address in Chinese" and then they would issue a store credit. Who wants a store credit? No one wants to buy from Rosegal!
This company should be blocked from selling in the US. DO NOT BUY!
Pursuing refund through Pay Pal. GearBest continues to offer store credits. Who wants a store credit for worthless merchandise?

On 17th June 2015 I ordered 1 swimsuit and 1 blouse. After 3 weeks the blouse arrived, I have better quality cleaning cloths that i clean my toilet with! The stitching is all coming apart, its got holes in it. It is meant to be white and its chewing gum grey. It has tassels around the neck, that are not clothing quality but craft... like one that you would stick on a greetings card. Then the swimsuit that I ordered same day same time, same transaction didn't turn up... even today 25th July it is still not here. They are saying I have to wait 60 days! For gods sake 60 days, my holiday has been and gone by then, and then it isn't a refund but a credit onto the wallet... so therefore I still have to purchase more crap from them and make it even more agony have to deal with such a disaster for a company. If you are reading this and havn't yet... DON'T, go to Oxfam and buying something from there... at least your guaranteed to buy what you see, your doing a charity a favour and the quality will be far better. If you have already ordered like me and have a problem, lets the world know just as I intend to.
