I pad extra to have delivered before I went on holiday, it didn't arrive before my holiday. The dress is poor quality, the top stained and dirty, and the earrings bizarrely have no backs. And no information to return anything! Didn't cost a fortune so no great loss but I would not order again. Very poor.
I ordered from RoseGal and they shipped very fast. It does take a while to arrive after shipping, mine took about 3 weeks. However, the blazer I ordered looks exactly as it did in the picture and I get a lot of compliments. I just placed my second order and can't wait for it to arrive!
I am so bummed I didn't find this site before I ordered from RoseGal! I ordered 5 pairs of pants from a Facebook ad, which I have never done before, but they looked so cute and cheap! I saw the tall, lean American models wearing them and thought they were perfect as a birthday gift for my sister-in-law. Well, a whole MONTH after her birthday they arrived, in different packages, wadded up teeny tiny with China shipping labels. I was so upset with myself for not having known they were cheap Chinese crap.
First of all, the Large sizes are maybe big enough to fit a 90 lb. Asian woman. Secondly, the material is terrible. I tried to contact the company to get a return label, and after wasting hours and hours of submitting "tickets," which kept expiring before I could read the responses, I finally got a woman to write me that I'd have to PAY OUT OF POCKET to return them to China for my refund. $45 to ship them, yep. And all 5 pants were $64. Wow.
So instead I am opting for a 30% refund, a whole $19 back after $64 down the tube, countless hours wasted and 5 pairs of cheap, hideous, teeny pants. Screw RoseGal, I hope they go out of business soon!

Buyer beware. The bad reviews on this company are all correct. Too bad I didn't check that before I ordered.
My order arrived and despite ordering the correct sizes the items could not fit on an adult. They wouldn't even fit my 8 year old niece! One item had the shoulders made so narrow that it's hard to believe these would fit any human at all. It looked like doll clothes.
I notified the company and was informed that I would receive a 20% credit in an account on Rose Gal to go toward my next order. They refuse to refund actual money.
I guess I'll donate these to Goodwill. Maybe someone will use them for play clothes. What a waste and a ripoff!

I should have checked 'reviews' BEFORE ordering. Shame on me! I made my order the 6th of June and still haven't received. I claimed my money back and still don't have an answer.
I don't want the clothes, they were to wear the in the summer no this winter and next summer my daughter will need a different size.

I tried for weeks to contact every avenue available and got nothing until I did a dispute on PayPal. The next day they emailed me and said that they would refund the full amount, even if I do EVER receive the merchandise... IF I would cancel my dispute with PayPal. No way pal! Fooled me once, but I'm not falling for that tactic.
Again I would never pick 1 star but it makes you or you can't submit... ugh!

Okay so I was worried after reading the reviews, but I couldn't stop thinking about the dress, you girls know what I mean. So, I bit the bullet and ordered it, it came to about £23 with the fastest shipping (3-7 days) (birthday dress!) and knew that I might have thrown that money in the bin potentially. So they give you the tracking number, but for 6 days did not get updated, I thought oh here we go! Furthermore a family member had told me she ordered off this site and it was the wrong colour, too small, holes in etc, I was panicking on the inside a bit. One day - 6 days after ordering including weekends was pleasantly suprised with DHL bag, I had to remember to focus on the positives after reading on the reviews, so first I did a tiny tear, okay it's the right colour, second, it's not bad or tacky material, third okay it looked tiny. I am so glad I ordered the next size up! Luckily, Using there charts I added a few centimetres everywhere. As they avertise it's from america, but it's not it's Chinese, and there sizes are tiny too. It fits well, a bit funny in areas but for the price, time it took, worry that it might not have turned up at all and all considering, the item is alright! I wanted to post this review I don't normally, but everyone has good and bad experiences with everything in life, just noting mine, this time anyway, isn't bad. I'll post a picture up if I can, when I actually wear it, hope this helps. I think it's a total lottery, online shopping is riskay with any site, because you can't see it feel it and try it - good luck. X
I am a returning costumer at Rose Gal. I LOVE Rose Gal's site and the fact that they update it daily with new arrivals, sales, etc. In order to avoid disappointments it is imperative to follow the measurement tables they provide. For bigger orders the free delivery is very quick, for me it was somewhere between seven and eight days. The costumer support responded quickly and they immediately made the change I was asking for. I will certainly return and buy more from Rose Gale.
I purchased the Stylish Scoop Neck Long Sleeves Striped Splicing Dress For Women (one size fits up to Medium, per their description; and the Stylish Scoop Neck Clock Block Double-Pocket Skinny Sundress For Women in Medium. NONE of these fits; I'm 5'3" 115 pounds and this dresses might fir a lil 7-9 year old girl. When I wrote to the NON-PROFESSIONAL "customer service" this is their response:
I most take pictures with a measuring tape to show them and prove them that the size are incorrect. Really! I wrote back and I never heard back from them. So not waste your money with this company, Packages are shipped from China and the quality is so poor it is embarrassing to even donate this garbage!

This business is a complete sham! The quality of the clothing is poorly made from very cheap material. The sizes are so small they would be lucky to fit a small child. There is no after sales service I assume they do this because they must be bombarded with requests for refunds which they refuse to pay. The clothes in real life look nothing like they do in the pictures on their website. Overall they are selling a cheap nasty product and they should be ashamed to happily rip off so many consumers! I would not award them any stars in the rating system.

I ordered a dress from the website on July 24th. An email came the next day saying my order had shipped with a site tracking number. The website would never let me track my order. It's August 10th and I still don't have my order. I emailed the company who responded by telling me since I didn't pay for tracking I will receive it in 10-25 days. Who ever heard of having to pay for tracking? Going to the bank today to dispute my order.

Ordered a Sailor Moon Luna purse online from Rosegal for 20 bucks, whereas everywhere else the purse is available it is easily over 40 dollars. It took about a month to arrive once ordered, which is exactly what I expected. The purse looks exactly as pictured, and is even larger than I thought it would be. Great quality, no scuffs or scratches, it looks gorgeous. I don't know about ordering clothes or shoes from them, but I can honestly say ordering a purse from them should be no problem. Just be patient.
Ordered and received. Quality very very poor. Sizes are very small.
Tried to return, no luck. Will not respond to any email, phone calls. Anything!
They said in ad, I could return but at different address than on pkg. But can't get any thing from them. BEWARE

Not impressed at all. You definitely get what you paid for... super cheap and poor quality clothes. All the items I purchased look nothing like the pictures on the website. Looks like they use pictures from random sites and try to remake the clothes. I'm pretty positive a 5 year old can make the clothes better. Shipping takes longer than 5-10 business days. After waiting awhile for my items, I called and emailed the store plenty of times and got no response. This site doesn't even deserve 1 star. Don't waste your time

First of all, you get what you pay for... Low quality, and not to mention small! I ordered two shirts and one bathing suit and none of them fit. The shirts were size large and I pulled them out of the package and was amazed at how small they looked. Tried them on and it was like I had just tried on an extra small American sized shirt. So if you order from a Chinese based store, keep in mind that they run about 3 sizes smaller than US clothes. Should have known, all the Chinese women I've seen are super little! Again, just because it's cheap doesn't make it worth it. The bathing suit came with its buttons half off already out of the package and the top, where my boobs are supposed to go... Let's just say a plum wouldn't have fit. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
