The clothing is junk, no question. It looks pretty on the site and is inexpensive, but it's not worth what they are charging. And try to get a response from customer service? Not likely. I have tried over 20 times to upload the pictures they demand to consider a return (huh?), but it won't let me submit, claiming that I've typed the verification code incorrectly, which I did not.

Bought 2 dresses and a necklace. Received a confirmation email the next day saying that my order was shipped out - this email included a tracking number and a website to track my order. Initially the website could not track my order and nothing came up. I think it said something to the effect of "order could not be tracked" or "order does not exist". After about a week the order finally showed up in the system and I was able to track it the whole way from China to my doorstep. I chose regular shipping and received it exactly 10 days after I ordered it.
As for the clothing - they are average at best. Poor quality clothing, but I knew better than to expect high end clothes when I only paid $30 in total for all three items. The necklace came just as pictured on the website - no problems there. The first dress came also just as pictured, but it was very short - barely covered my bum. The second dress did not look identical to the photo on the website, but was similar enough that it wasn't a problem. Both of the dresses had loose strings that I had to cut, but this wasn't a big issue. I only paid $12 per dress so my expectations were fairly low to begin with.
Overall, I had no problems with the website. I even emailed them asking why my order was not able to be tracked and they responded very quickly. The sizes do run very small, but they have a sizing chart on every individual item. I'm 5'7" and weigh 120 lbs - usually a size 1 in pants and a small in tops, but I ordered a large for both dresses and they both fit me quite tight. The only way to make sure the clothes will fit properly is to follow the sizing charts carefully on each item and measure yourself so you know exactly what your dimensions are.
Just received my dress I was super excited to wear to a wedding because the picture looked great. It is really small and I ordered a medium. Terribly made with threads hanging out everywhere and it is more like lingerie as it is lace and completely see through. I do not recommend this company. I tried to call and right away got a message saying they do not accept phone calls at this time and their mailbox is full. They definitely have good prices but it is because their stuff is very very cheaply made and just horrible

I ordered two dresses that I was very excited about. I read reviews online and made sure I ordered a size larger than I usually am and thought it would be fine. I got my order in about two weeks and am SO disappointed. One dress looked like a cotton summer dress online and in real life, it is cheap chiffon and does not look at all like the pictures online. Both dresses are INCREDIBLY short, even after I ordered up a size! The dresses were packaged in very small bags and came super wrinkled as well. I thought I had done enough research, but I do not recommend!

Clothes are horribly made, and making a return is near impossible! They want me to write the address to return in chinese!
I just received my clothes and jewelry today. The dress is more like a shirt. It is NOTHING like the pictures. The fabric was plain awful. My necklace came and the hook was broken. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered five blouses in size 4x. Once they were received, I found the size was more like a medium or small. If I returned them, I would spend more money than I paid for the items. They offered to let me keep the items and get a very small refund. I am very unhappy with them. They are a scam; they know what they are doing and should be ashamed of themselves. They are out of China. Trust me and don't waste your time and money!

This company is a total scam! I ordered a swimsuit from them and after a month of not receiving it, I called and spoke to a very rude man on the phone who had the biggest attitude when I kindly asked where my suit was? He just said I needed to be patient, it can take 6 weeks to arrive (which is crazy to have to wait that long) but I decided to wait 2 more weeks. Of course, it never arrived. I ordered this damn suit back in March! I would dispute this with Visa but the suit was so cheap, it's not worth the effort. My husband says to just take it as a total loss. I am accepting that, but I feel it's my duty to warn other (unknowing) women to not go there! This website is cleaning up on American money and it NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I tried calling their # again and it goes to a voicemail, when I tried to leave a voice message, I am told the mailbox is full and it hangs up on me! I can no longer leave an Email or do a LiveChat.
They are now preventing ANY WAY of contact! How can this company still be in business? I hate to even give it ONE star on this site... Rosegal does not deserve a star, they deserve negative 5 stars! Oh, and speaking of that, when I tried to leave my bad review, they won't put it up.
I sensed something was not right about this Rose Gal. When I sent them my email, 2xs, nothing was sent to me. So, obviously, I knew something wasn't right!
The worst! This place is a fraud! They sent me two items not the three I ordered and everything was the worst quality and looked NOTHING like the photo.

I didn't mind the waiting time, my clothes actually came in sooner than I thought. But I bought 5 different pieces of and only kept 2 of them. Material seemed cheap and sizes were all wrong and I'm still waiting on one dress. I also did not realize that I would have to pay MORE money when going to pick up the clothes at the post office. Not worth it for me and a big waste of time
I ordered 2 maxi skirts and 2 tops from this website. When I got the package it only had 3 items. The maxi skirts were fit for a 6 years old girl. I could definitely call them mini skirts but not maxi skirts. And they sent me a small instead of XL

I placed an order with RoseGal without reading the reviews first. Within 16 hours of placing the order I called their customer service number. It said "we are not accepting calls at this time" and the mailbox is full, so I couldn't leave a message. I sent 3 inhouse emails to their customer service department to cancel the order and to get a call back but no response. I called my credit card company, they made notes in my file and will file a dispute as soon as the charge hits. Terrible way to run a business.
I wish I could put up a picture of what I ordered and what I actually received from Rosegal. Unbelievably false advertising. The skirt looks cheap and nothing like picture. I would not have ordered it if I knew it looked the way it does instead of the way its supposed to in the photo. I will not buy from here again. I am so pissed off.
Ordered a dress size medium they sent me a size small and would not refund! So angry and very poor communication!
Before this last Christmas - I ordered 2 very cute dresses from this business, for my 16 yr old granddaughter to give her as a Christmas gift. Rosegal said they would definitely arrive before Christmas... they did not! It was awful trying to contact them to find out anything about my order, and finally I was able to find a way to email them & got ridiculous answers back that were of no help. Finally I contacted PayPal to report them & was assured that if they did not send the items by a certain date... they will step up to the plate & refund me & take up the issue with Rosegal themselves. So - then in April (after Easter sometime) the dresses finally arrived... 4 months after I ordered them. The quality of these dresses are so bad & so cheap that she is ashamed to even wear them out to a function. They are a very cute style (her & I both love the style) but very very bad quality & workmanship. I will never do business with this company again. I hope anyone who is thinking about ordering anything from Rosegal, will change their mind & not order after all... no matter how cute the picture looks... trust me - it's a terrible product & you will not be happy, plus you will wait for a very very long long time to even receive it in the mail. I don't like to give these bad reviews to a business... but honestly - these people deserve bad reviews - to warn others.
I'm 5'11" and am a size 12 as an American Woman. The majority of time, I wear a large in women's clothes. I order THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of clothes every year from many websites and will wear an extra large with companies that cater to junior women. However, I ordered $200 worth of extra large clothes from Rosegal and ALL OF THEM were too small. Their return policy leads you to believe they have a good return policy within a 30 day return; however, they only offer 10 to 20% of the purchase price within that 30 day return. When I replied with my disappointment, I've never heard from them again and I can't even accept the 20% refund on their website. It's like they wrote me off because I didn't just accept their offer. I've paid an expensive price to learn this lesson... NEVER ORDER FROM ROSEGAL AGAIN!
