This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with if there was half a star that's what they would get and the only half would be for the nice pictures that are deceitful on their website. EVERYTHING I ordered for my engagement pictures didnt fit was either way too small or way to big and I ordered from their size chart. When I go to return them. Of course there is no person to contact to return it. I have e mailed and e mailed and complained and told then to refund me and yet to date I have not heard from a single person. I am out over 60.00 on them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It looks cute on the website. It doesn't look like that in person. It's cheap materials that do not look anything like the picture. BUYER BEWARE***

I ordered two items on July 21, received them on August 18. I was told it would arrive in 8-10 business days, that was clearly a lie. The clothes don't fit true to size at all. The romper I received is so small and so poorly made. The seams aren't even sewed together. This website is 100% bull$#*! and so fraudulent I advise NOBODY to order from it.
(I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't leave it blank, it doesn't even deserve it)

I am very happy with my purchase from Rosegal. The items didn't take that long to get to me and they were all in very good conditions and looked exactly like they do in the pictures. I ordered many items of jewellery, mainly necklaces and rings and I've received lots of compliments from people about the style of my jewellery. I really recommend this site, it's affordable and the quality of the items are great! I would definitely shop from them again.

Took 3 weeks for us to get our order, the clothes were too small for my kids who wear size small, and extra small. A waste of my time to ship it back for a refund. Dont waste your time, shop somewhere else.

Clothes were cheap, yes, too good to be true cheap, and so I should have known better. Seams were already falling apart out of the bag, and sizes bizarrely small. They'd fit me if I was a paper doll. I've cancelled a back order, but they only offered to refund part of the price. I don't know if I will even get that from them after reading these reviews. :( I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known these were coming from China, the site does not make that obvious at all.

The quality of the materials is very cheap, the sizes are a lot smaller that you think. If your size is medium (M) get an extra large (xl). I got a bunch of dresses size M and they fitted my 10 year old very skinny daughter. The seams are not well finished. Do not waste you money in this cheap brand.

I ordered 12 maxi dresses on August, 9. Today is August 17, my order hasn't shipped yet because my order in on hold. They sent me a ( no-reply- email system) to ask me to provide my photo ID, credit card, and other things. I am not stupid to provide them any. I try to contact them through phone, email, message. I would give zero stars, even negative stars, if that were an option!
Do NOT shop on Rosegal! Within minutes of placing my order, my account reflected that I had been charged by an unusual paypal account "Hassan." Instantly suspicious, I contacted rosegal to cancel my order and refund my account. Luckily, I also had the foresight to contact my bank and change my debit card.
Rosegal claims to have canceled my order and refunded my account, but over one month later, I have neither received a refund or the clothes I had originally purchased.
When I contacted them about it, they told me I should pay again, through paypal or western union, and they would be happy to refund me.
Why would I pay twice in order to recieve a refund for a charge that has already been debited from my account?
This website is a scam. Dont fall for it!

I ordered a white mini dress over a month ago. I then got an email two weeks after the fact saying the dress had shipped. Needless to say, over a month later the dress STILL hasn't arrived! I had no idea it was a scam. I just wish I had read all th terrible reviews before I had ordered stuff. DO NOT order from rosegal.com! They are a scam! I will be reporting this fraudulent activity unless I get the dress I paid for and was promised had already shipped out.

I did not get my order yet. But you all complained about sizes. I mean you have a size chart there and you can even calculate your measurements. I ordered a beautiful dress it only costs me 20€ and I hope to receive it soon, because I want to ware this dress to my prom. But it's not even been a week yet and my tracking number works. So I hope it all turns out well.

I'm glad I found this wonderful website, update fashion clothes with reasonable prices and free shipping for world wide. I live in Taiwan, mostly when I shop on foreign website, shipping cost... expensive. So thanks to Rose Gal provides free shipping and wonderful online shopping platform, I never get bored in my closet.
Don't ever buy anything from rosegal! They are scam! It took them more than 3 weeks to deliver only half of my order! The material is unbelievably CHEAP! They mixed up my order, delivered me some very cheap looking dress that I had not ordered!

All questions i put in it kept saying it was wrong. I'm not sure if this company is real.
Hi again. I realized my last review was a bit my spelled in some areas which can affect my credibility. Well in short, I would like to say the service is very very bad. They don't answer the phone to customer calls, when they do, they give you a short answer, tell you they will email you, then never do. My clothes came in a very small package, about the size of a piece of lined paper. I ordered 3 rompers, so to see that size of package was a bit confusing. When I opened the packagae I saw the clothes that had the material of a cheap Halloween costume. They were a few sizes smaller than I would have thought and none fit comfortably. There were a myriad of straggly strings that were waiting to be snagged and destroy the, already pretty ugly, clothing... Not to mention the photos from their page are stolen from the profiles and pages of the actual authentic boutiques, and are a bit of a rip off. Not really sure why they're not being sued yet by the companies who own the photos. Anyways, please save yourselves time and money and just invest a little more in good quality clothes, or just make sure to do your research before ordering. I got lucky, and actually received clothing in the mail, while others didn't get anything at all. So again, don't do it! Please. By the way my name is Destiny not destint. Lol

I ordered a skirt they quickly took the money out of PayPal then they said they never got the order. When I dent them the order # then they said that they sent the skirt. Cheap, that is the only thing true, all else is a lie.
Product was shipped from somewhere in China factory.
It took so long and when it arrived, color is completely wrong, sawing and fabric was so cheap. Must have cost them less than $1 per cloth, charging total of $19 ($12 for cloth, $7 for shipping.)
When I contact customer service, they send reply but when I reply next day to send back what they requested, such as document, photos, numbers etc., they deleted the complain case and would not allow to let me file, sent nor file new.
Do not buy anything from them, just the photo on web, nothing like that.
