I ordered an ivory lace sweetheart neckline dress August 4th. Today I FINALLY got the dress, only to realise, it's a completely different dress. Not only is the color bright white and lace of a WAY lesser quality than the one pictured, but it's completely see through and the hems and seams are crooked, so nobody but a hunchback could wear the garment. The seams and edges are completely unfinished and fraying, and the dress is a different cut. Instead of a 50s flared shape, it has a weird rounded (kind of- it's crooked, so who knows) neckline and a straight down empire waist awful drape to it. It's terrible quality- I should've just saved my money. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the hassle.
Items did arrive! I was a bit worried because my items had not arrived on the day they were supposed to arrive. But, this was only because i did not answer the door for the delivery guy because i was expecting it to arrive in the mail or in a ups/FedEx. T comes in a totally different truck. The truck has 2 words that i noticed could have more i read "Fast Shipping". All items did deliver. One problem i had was the fabric that i ordered was just complete diffrent fbric from what i thought it would come in. Besides this i think it was great.
I ordered a pair of pants. Since they were so affordable I paid for expedited shipping (6-8 business days)... It's been 2 full weeks and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation email! This website is a total scam. Luckily I paid through paypal so I can dispute it with that!

Received item after a lengthy waiting and what poor quality.
The item description is "one size". I wear a size 12 top and 10 bottom. The top is so badly sized when I do get it on after a struggle I can't move my arms forward the top is so small and the waist is so tight I couldn't get it off quick enough. The length of the skirt is also short and I am only 163cm tall.
I have been refused a refund but offered a discount on my next shop. If I want a refund on my first shop due to poor quality and sizing and have been refused why would I be wanting to buy anything else. I bought one item to see the quality before ordering the other nine items I liked and guess what the basket has been emptied! Definitely not buying anything else.

Before I begin my rant, know that all items are made in CHINA (which should have been my first red flag). I ordered 6 items off of this site. 2 scarves (I specified I wanted 1 maroon and 1 ivory), a strapless top, a dress, a sweatshirt, and a sweater. My order came with 2 bubble gum pink scarves, the strapless top was bright purple rather than the pretty maroon color shown online (not to mention you can see the white padding in the top plain as day, it's hideous) the sweatshirt wouldn't fit a 12 year old, and the dress and sweater are ok (but by no means would I recommend them). This website is an absolute scam! I requested my money back, but no one has contacted me back (don't even try calling, you'll never reach anyone). I would NEVER buy from this site again! My sister also order a dress a while ago that never showed up. Just avoid this site.

The clothes looked nice on the site but once I received them (after 6 weeks of waiting and no communication) they were of the cheapest quality you can imagine. The "denim" shirt wasn't even real! And the clothes looked completely different. Plus the sizes are completely misleading. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Complete ripoff!

I have not received my order. I emailed a few weeks ago to say it hadn't been delivered and was advised it would take 25 working days so I waited. I emailed again today 31 working days after dispatch and the response was "this has been dealt with". It appears by these comments below that Rosegal takes money from people and doesn't deliver the items. I am extremely disappointed and angry. The response today was dismissive and extremely unprofessional.

Wanted a new bathing suit this summer... ordered on July 17th... according to tracking number it left China July 22nd... as of August 19th it STILL hasn't even reached canada! I had read the bad reviews and figured it was that cheap it couldn't be that bad... well it is! I was very naive to think only people who had bad experiences would post anyway, no, it was just people trying to warn others.
It literally seems like a 12 yr old girl is finding pictures from legit online shopping websites and recreating them in her bedroom. They are very bad quality and look anything like the pictures.
I purchased 5 items and they took about a month and a half to arrive. When they did, they came in three different parcels over a week and a half. When the first two came I tried to start a return claim. I mentioned I would like to return the items (the return shipping at my own expense) and one item was missing. They replied about 3 days later and they completely ignored my request to return items and asked which item was missing. I replied a couple of times but they completely ignored/avoided the topic.
Seriously, don't waste your money or time!
I have been waiting for two weeks now and they stilk havent sent the clothes! So i wrote a reciew like a week or 2 ago and they contacted me asking if i want the refund or the clothes i said refund. I never heard anything else from them. Theyre dirt bags. I want my money back or i will look for legal action against them. They are scamming millions of people!

I ordered 4 items as of 8/9/15 then received an email a week later after inquiring about my tracking number, i then was told 2 of my items where not in stock. It's now 8/19/15 and i still haven't received any of my items or a tracking number! I then requested to have a full refund I then was told i had to wait 7-10 business days. This was my first time ordering from Rosegal and most certainly my last time! Such a horrible experience, I ordered these items for my birthday 8/20! And it looks like i wont be receiving my items or my cash back before 8/20 SMDH! I WILL NOT recommend Rosegal to friend's or family!

I ordered four exhuma pants and the sizes run super small... I was very disappointed, to say the least! Returning them is such a mission and your link to the RMA return site gets deleted after two days so you have to start the process over again. I can't imagine that the shipping would be less than the cost of the items so this has been a complete loss. You are better off ordering from Amazon that is so quick and easy to exchange...

Well, wouldn't you know that there was no invoice in my package so I don't have an invoice #. This is just too much trouble. I do not have the time or energy to deal with this any longer.
