The quality of the clothing isnt that great. However I expected that since it is so cheap. All the clothes I ordered are exactly what they looked like in the pics. I received my order within 5 days. Overall I am pleased and will buy again from here
You can not reach by phone no one answers, u have to fill out a ticket to find out where your purchase is, you can't email them without a ticket, first it says 3 to 5 bus. Days then it says 6 to 8 business days. If I do not receive my order by this week I will take further steps with this overseas company

I had the absolute worst experience with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. First off, the clothing is terribly cheap. Several of the clothing items fell apart while I was trying them on. I ordered numerous items and didn't even try on half of them because it became clear that it would just be a waste of time. When I tried to return the items, I was advised that I should just "give them to my friends" because the clothes would be deemed "refurbished" when returned and I would probably spend more on the return shipping than I would be refunded. A total scam. I would never ever buy from this company again. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company sucks at customer service and they operate with bait and switch by advertising a beautiful, well made product and then they send out poor quality fabric and the outfit I purchased that looks nothing like the advertised picture. I have reported to the worldwide better business bureau and made several attempts to contact the company with no luck except through Facebook chat. They want to you to send order numbers and pictures and give a line of $#*! that they will pay a percentage back they won't cover the shipping costs back and I refuse to give this bull$#*! company anymore of my time, effort or money. I am moving forward with legal action!

So when something is on back order do you let your customers know? Or just wait until they see the missing item and try and reach out? There was no indication that this item was not in stock online. There was no emails for customer service explaining where my money went. Also you should reimburse any customers with fast shipping money back. It's amazing how fast your company response to online comments and no to business matters. You not once make comments regarding the quality in the product your selling. Spend more time offline trying to convince the internet how you guys aren't horrible and more time trying to figure out how to make your business better. It's about the quality of an product not the quantity that'll make you successful!

First of all, i loved this online store. Amazing prince, services, and good clothes quality. The shipping is even free or even lower price then i expected. I looked into many other online store but the shipping prince was very high ($30). But, with this site, i am very pleased. I have already shopped two times and Very happy with everything.
Rosegal stole a photo of a dress that I personally designed and photographed from my etsy shop. They took my Cherrybomb dress picture and have it currently posted on their website after scrubbing my logo from my picture. They want me to sign a legal document releasing them from all liabilities (so I won't be able to sue them) and I'm refusing to do so because what they are doing is wrong and they should face legal action for their fraudulent ways of doing business. It's one thing to knock off another persons designs, that is to be expected in fashion, it's another issue entirely to actually steal another persons photograph and claim it as your own. I suppose I'm rattled because I actually have a handmade clothing business and they are just one one of the many super shady Chinese clothing manufacturers who do not comply with copyright law and intellectual property rights go out the window so to speak.

Everything I was looking at on their sight I wanted! From "cute" to "beautiful" items. I ended up going for one of each because I couldn't resist, especially at those wonderful prices. Well the items looked nothing like the picture, I'm still not sure what kind of material they use (something close to the paper towel family I'm pretty sure of), and I didn't bother returning anything because it would have cost more than what they were really worth! Save your money and just go to Walmart!

I ordered, needed to change the size, which was ok, then they tell me that on top of paying for fast shipping, i need to pay more and ask for another 15 quid!
Ten or so emails later, i finally got my order cancelled, disappointing as i liked the items.
Thankfully I have also been refunded, went to asda, and got a substitie for a tenth of the price.In all, if this were a UK based company, im sure it would be fine, but its not.
Please bear in mind when ordering (if you still intend to do so) that all these clothes are made to fit tiny chinese and asian ladies... not UK USA or Canada!

Where do I even start? First of all, the site had issues when I tried to order a dress, and told me my purchase hadn't gone through. I tried again, and this time it went through and i received a confirmation email. I then took a look at my credit card statement and saw that I'd been charged twice. I emailed the store explaining the situation and asking to have one order cancelled, and never heard anything back or had any charges reversed. I had to go through paypal to get my money back for my second order... then when I finally received the dress it was absolutely NOTHING like the picture. The material did not match the description, and the sizing was WAY off. I usually wear a medium, but bought a large just to make sure it would fit and it was way too small on the bust, and also much much shorter than it should have been. In no world could this ever be a dress - my butt wasn't even covered.

I wish there were a ZERO rating. I just got my order from rose gal which came pretty quickly. Took about two weeks. Not a big deal. However, I ordered a skirt and top set and both were extremely too big. I ordered the smallest size they had. It's definitely not the material the model pictured was wearing. It was VERY flimsy and cheaply made. I figured something was up when I saw how cheap the prices were. I also ordered a shirt which I had no problems with except it was very thin and I didn't expect it to be so fitted, again, not as it was shown on the model. I'm wondering if they take pics from other sites and just out rose gal on the pic. I will never shop on this site again. I have two more items coming and I don't have high hopes for them either. Seriously disappointed.

I love this site for their unique style of clothing.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I imagine these clothes are made in a sweat shop in China. The pictures of the clothes on the site is nothing close to what I ordered, the fabric is close to tissue paper and half the clothes came half way made. Save yourself the money and disappointment and just wear a trash bag because it would honestly be better than the clothes you receive.
