Wasted Money.

I ordered my garments ON august 11th. Whilst it hasn't been very long - I have lost them as they disregarded my details that I entered into the system and continued to send it to an old home address. I have emailed them twice in attempt to find out where/when the items were shipped so as I can chase it up (from strangers mind you) with no response whatsoever.
I will never, ever purchase from this site again.

Great purchase!

I bought the strawberry bandage swimsuit for $14. I checked the size chart so it fit great. I got a medium but i normally wear a small. It took awhile to get here, but with free shipping from China i cant complain. Looked just like the picture & the price was great!

Do not buy from them! I received my order pretty quick however words cannot describe how cheaply made the clothing is. I could have went to michaels and put something together better than they did. It is AWFUL! I wish I could post pictures of a pair of shorts I ordered. You have been warned. Do not order you will be disappointed. After not receiving a tracking number I started looking at the reviews online for the website so I didn't have huge expectations but it was worse than I thought. I just lol when I opened my package. I just wished I had pictures to prove it. I'm still waiting on a dress I probably won't open it and just throw it away. Do not be tricked the clothes look really cute on the pictures. NEVER AGAINfrom now on I will research every website before ordering. 55.00 down the drain.

Ridiculous.

I ordered a romper and a pair of pants a month ago for college and received NOTHING to this day. The company emailed me saying it should take 2 months for me to receive my clothes that should have shipped a month ago?! WISH I read review before buying especially because I'm in college and need to save money.

Scammers

I buy two garments in May, never arrived until this day have not returned my money, told me i have my funds in "My wallet" I dont want for any reason have a balance in the rosegal account, i dont want buy never there, i want you return my money to my bank account with which i pay, are swindlers, now I dont have my clothes or my money, and are try to forcing me to buy again, because I have the refund deposited in the account rosegal for use for future purchases, I dont want make purchases whit they i want my money back now!

Great experience.

I bought a really pretty vintage style bathing suit from Rosegal. It was really inexpensive so I wasn't expecting much for it. I made sure to read the sizing chart very carefully when selecting my size since the site does run very small. When my order arrived I was so surprised. The quality was great and the bathing suit made me look fantastic! The item did come from China so it took a little over two weeks to arrive but that is very normal when buying overseas. I was so happy with my purchase I bought 3 more suits. Can't wait to get them!

Poor Quality!

Product did arrive but took over 30 days!, the quality is ridiculous!, i know its cheap but this wont last one wash :( I would recommend unfortunately, sorry!

This site is a scam from China! They took my money and never responded to any emails. It has been 2 month since I ordered 4 dresses, they sent me an email with a photo with a packet that had a tracking number but when I try to use it, it doesn't works!
Rosegal will only take your money and run away just like a thieve. It is horrible what these Chinese people low life bastards are doing to people all over the world but specially to people in the USA. It seems to me that they target us cause they just hate us. I will not recommend this to anyone. The good reviews they have might be from the own scammers or from the people who is benefitting from this! Liars! Thieves!

False advertisement!

I ordered about 5 things from rosegal.com and none of them looked exactly like the item in the pictures!
Example - I ordered a grey below the knee dress- it vERY clear in pic that's it's a jersey-like fabric that was clingy to the body, fitted and stretchy - what came in was a stiffer fabric, not much stretch and when worn did not cling or fit to the body-
I also ordered this cream dress which looked like a bohemian style very flowy loose dress
With tassels. What came in was a fitted dress with tassels. The cut was NoThIng like the picture of the item-
VeRY DISAPPOINTED!

The store basically robbed me of $92. PayPal needed me mail a return with tracking. Rosegal stated to only use USPS (with no tracking availability overseas). PayPal won't work with me because I got tricked. No Refunds No Clothes

Horrible

Ordered a skirt on June 30th, just got it today, August 23.2 to 3 months for delivery and the skirt I received looks similar to the one in the picture but it is not the one I ordered. Also sizing, I ordered a large, definitely they run small.

Disappointed

Huge disappointment. I wish I read reviews before I ordered from their website. My order took longer than it was supposed to, i received the wrong items? They forgot one of the dresses I ordered. Huge disappointment
August 25, 2015

I bought around eight items from rosegal with a total costing over a hundred dollars. When I first found the website, I was so excited, I loved so many items on it. While waiting for my order to ship, I started making a wishlist of more items I would like to purchase in the future that was pages long. Then I received my order and could not believe how awful everything was. One item, as soon as I opened it, one of the buttons fells right off. None of the items looked the way they do in the photos. The materials of all the clothing were terrible and cheap. I ordered a piece of jewelry which gave me an allergic reaction. There is not one item that I ordered that I want to keep.

I won't reveal who I am but they sent me a message and actually offered to send me a huge gift if a wrote an amazing review and even added in to not mention that they were bribing me. I had an allergic reaction to some of the clothes I ordered. When dealing with costumer services I had to deceiver some of the spelling errors which wouldn't be too huge of a problem if I didn't feel as if they had a list and they were just copying and pasting into the reply.
