They arrived on a slow boat from China via Honolulu. I ordered 3 shirts, size XL, all came in extra small. The material is the kind that shrinks when cold or hot water touches it.
If you are set on ordering from these yayhoos, I strongly suggest that you order 2 to 3 sizes larger than your normal size. No kidding. I'm extremely disappointed, and angry that they get away with such shoddy work.
I ordered a swim suit for my wife on July 24th. It still hasn't arrived. All attempts for refund are condescendingly responded to. Filed a complaint with our bank and they reversed the charges, which is what i would recommend to others.

I purchases an item on the 25th of July and have seen no sign of it since date of purchase. The email said that my order would be processed immediately. Tried to contact someone online no luck. Have read that it takes few weeks for order to arrive and that once its dispatched and ready to ship I would reviece conformation but have not gotten anything to say my item has been shipped just getting emails about sales and what not. I'm starting to think that my item purchased will not be received. Really not happy with the service and the fact that I can't seem to get in contact with anyone. Definitely not purchasing anything from the website again.
I ordered 5 items and yes I did received my order however only 1 item fit me. I used the sizing chart provided and I even went up a size knowing they're Asian sizes... very disappointed and I certainly will not be using this site again. I should've known better!

Love this black corset. I ordered an x large, and I had to loosen it all the way in the back, because I'm a bigger girl, but it looks super cute none the less. Great quality, great style.
I have been very happy with Rosegal. My items seemed to arrive more quickly than expected. It only took about two weeks as opposed to the three or four that others may have experienced. Also the purse I ordered seemed like it was a very good quality, if a slightly brighter color than the picture. The difference was not even big enough that it mattered to me, just thought it important to mention. I have already placed a second order from them and have been very happy. Also when I have contacted their customer service department, they were Very quick to respond, within 24 hours. Excellent customer service from my experience.

First of all, they are in CHINA, try exchanging, returning or asking for a refund only to be denied! If you choose to attempt an exchange, you have to pay postage back to China and their postage back to you. You'll find that postage is more than the actual item. The site appears that everything is on the US side until you get your items weeks later and the labels are all in Chinese! The sizes stated on the website are WAY, WAY, WAY too small. I wear a 6-8 and had to order an XL and it still did not fit! Then I could not return it for a refund but was offered credit points but nothing on their site fits my American size 6. Soooo frustrating dealing with these people. Avoid the hassle and do not order!

I just started using Rose Gal and it has been great! I bought 6 dresses and they look just like the picture. Also one item was missing when I received the package and I contacted customer service. They contacted me very quickly and had the issue resolved right away. They were very helpful! Plus the prices are great and free shipping to boot! Great prices, great service and GREAT clothes. I've already made two more order since then! I can't wait!
I tried to order. All the reviews on the rosegal site are positive so I gave it a shot. I ordered a L sweatshirt because I read they fit small (I normally wear a small/medium. The sweatshirt was horrible quality and would fit a 7 year old. I couldn't even get it on. The rest was awful quality as well. I can't believe that Facebook lets them advertise on their site! I would like that they would want quality partners on their site. More dissipointed with Facebook than anything else.

My shopping experience at Rosegal was not terrible at all, I tried to promote these items in my country, I made some purchases and received almost everything. The fabric quality was not as bad as I believed, I gave to Rosegal a chance for next orders, even knowing the result. In my last order asked for a faux leather jacket, I fall in love with this since I saw in the web site, when I received the item I got disappointed, the jacket was terrible quality and some decorations was missing, the zippers are in different colors, cutting seems to be handmade, a mess, I made a complaint, Rosegal only offered to me 10% from the total order (I payed more than 30 dollars). I swear not buying at rosegal again.

The pictures of the clothing online are very deceiving.The colors are much more dull and dark. The quality of the fabric is horrible! It is see through, and the brighter colors have black dye smeared through it. Which gives it the appearance of tire marks. The sizes are not accurate even when you go by there size chart. Their website makes their clothes look fantastic but I promise you, you will not get what you expect in the mail. You have a better chance at finding better quality clothes at a flea market. I wish there was a way to post a picture of the pants I received from them, then you could see for yourself. I will never EVER waste my money with this company again!
