You get what you pay for. Very cheap but because it's cheap material. I might be the only one that got my items within a week though. The swimsuits are a joke because I normally wear a medium and I had to order a large, but when I tried them on, they were AT LEAST 2 sizes too small. Of course you can't return them! I wouldn't buy from here again. Cute clothes but not worth the stress.
Sizes were way off, 6 items and none even came close to the advertised product, customer service was non- existent. It has been 2 months and I still have not heard back from them. All I wanted was a return label but they won't even respond. I called my bank and disputed the charges. Rose Gal is a scam!

I'm am well aware of my body size, size was not the issue, there are several problems with your merchandise, e. G very poor sewing, very cheap poor quality fabric, 1 if the tops is an XL and even my 4 year old granddaughters head will not fit through the opening, your products are garbage

Absolutely will never order from here again. I ordered Larges and they would fit a pre-teen. Fabric is crummy. Return policy is ridiculous with having to send pictures with measurements of each item and then they tell you that it is the correct measurement.
A nice girl, Madison, tried to help me with dozens of e-mails, but in the end, the postage will cost more than the product. I will just take these to Goodwill and forfeit the money.
Beware, buyers. Not what it appears to be.

Excuse me, but what is this I have taken out of the box? I can't believe they pass this on as the items I had ordered! I am utterly shocked to say the least. 12 items came in the box, none of which are slightly similar, any good quality, or fit! Worst of all... wait for it... I am expecting another 2 deliveries which have already been shipped out so can't even cancel it...! If this experience can be of any use to any other google eyed consumer hypnotised by the pictures and prices of this website please, please, please don't be fooled...

Got a pair of pants, the inseam was 30" on one leg and 27" on the other. No recourse, no returns, no way to submit responses, no one answers the customer service line. I hope the local homeless shelter isn't insulted that I donated the pants to them.

Sizing is all over the place and when you send them feedback on this they demand that you measure everything and send measurements back. I agree with a lot of comments, the sizing is completely poor. I'm a 10-12, but ordered size large as per their scale and some of the items were a size 8-10. Poor manufacturing, cottons loose, stripes not aligned, bra cup on bathing suits not in line with size chart. I negotiated a refund on 1 item of which was never paid. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered 7 items from Rosegal, and all came in great quality. I was a little disappointed with one item and they compensated for it, which I was really grateful for. Overall, a great buy!
Ordered over $100 worth of plus size clothes. Ordered the largest size clothes thought I would be safe also they were men't to be a oversize style. The clothes will not even fit my very skinny teenage daughters. I bought through PayPal and contacted through that site as this was the only way I can get them to answer my emails. Just want to return and get my money refunded. So far they have refused. I think I have just done my money and worst thing I don't even think I know anyone that could fit into them to give them to. Don't waste your money. Very disappointed and a lot poorer!

I feel like such a fool for not checking reviews before purchasing from Rosegal! Received my 4 items yesterday and OMG they are sooooooo bad. Poorly made, disgustingly cheap horrible fabric, ridiculous sizing (XL dresses don't even cover undies), A complete waste of money. All 4 items went straight in the garbage bin. Unwearable. Never again will I purchase from a cheap and nasty Chinese website.

Ordered a shirt in an XL. My daughter who is 12 can barely wear the shirt. She wears an adult small. It looked like the website but it's not worth the time it takes to get it not to be able to wear it. Another shirt I ordered in XL came 5 weeks later and it's so think you could not wear it without a shirt under it but it's not a shirt you could wear something under. Cheap fabric and also more like an Adult Medium. My daughter can wear it.

Date Sept 2015: After seeing my review, Rosegal reached out to me and gave me a full refund for the defective item, despite the fact that it was supposedly no returns. This does show good character. I just wish such a defective item hadn't made it out of their warehouse. I've added 1 star for the refund.

I'm so annoyed that I gave my money to these swindlers. I ordered a bathing suit and it took a full MONTH for me to get my order. They did give a shipment tracking number but it was pointless because the status never changed once it left China. Last night it still didn't show as having arrived in the US, but lo and behold the package was at my door step today. This was the condition it was in:
- A long black hair was INSIDE the mailing bag, being stuck to the sticker that tapes the inner garment bag shut
- The underwire to the bra/cup area is slipping out of the fabric and I'd have to cut the seam and resew it to correct this
- One of the leg holes was sewn improperly and, once again, I would have to cut the seam and try to resew it for it to fit correctly
- Two areas on the string that ties in the back of the bathing suit are not sewn together at the seam
- As everyone else here has stated, size is way too small (yes, I did check the size chart before I ordered)
And the kicker? This item is not eligible for returns. So when they sent me this piece of crap knowing that they were basically stealing my money. I'm sure some people have had good experiences but with so many bad reviews would anyone want to risk going through the same thing I and others have been through? Buyer beware!

I had an amazing experience with this site, their products are amazing and their customer service is always available. I love it!
I LOVE rosegal.com. I have had really good luck with them. They are fast to respond to any questions and I have always received my products in the time promised or sooner. The prices are cheap and the clothes are great!
A definite no... Do not purchase items from them... My clothes did come within 10 days but material is the same material that Halloween costumes are made from... I will never purchase another item from them again...
