There are a lot of reviews complaining that orders didn't arrive. Mine arrived fine - I paid for tracked delivery and faster shipping, and the order arrived within a few weeks. It seems that if you go for the free shipping, you might not actually get your order, so at the very least get it tracked.

The product itself is subpar. The stitching is bad, and the dress is not figure hugging as shown on the product page. The sizes are indeed small, and I may have to wear leggings under this dress just to be sure. I am usually a medium, or a UK size 12 / US size 8, and I ordered a large, but I could have done with ordering an extra large. The dress goes down to halfway down my thigh, and the material runs a risk of riding up when I walk. I probably won't wear this dress on its own - it is short and ill fitting. I will likely have to wear it under a jacket and over leggings in the winter.

All in all - to ensure your delivery arrives, get it tracked, and to ensure it fits, order two sizes up. However, the quality is low, but for the price you pay, that's to be expected. If you're looking for good quality, pay a bit more somewhere else. If you don't care for quality and just want it cheap, go for rosegal.

Chinese quality rip-off

Very disappointed! It is cheap Chinese stuff! The skirt of the dress I ordered has nothing to do with the picture! It is almost straight, not flared skirt like in the picture. It was the reason of buying it;( also the size chosen with the site measures provided, I get 14 UK (usually I am 12 UK) and it was small. When I asked about return, they write me about refunding in credits of their web! What? Are they aware about European legislation about Internet purchases returning? Oh of course they are CHINESE! Never again! Anyway I will report on them to EU customer surveillance.

Un timo chino! No devuelven nada y todas las prendas están fatal y de malísima calidad! No compréis nada ahí!

Complete garbage

I recently ordered a "dress" off of this site. I am typically a medium in size, but after reading some reviews on how they run smaller, I decided to order an XL. Even with the XL it was still a shirt, and it came with a hole already in it. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE.

The clothes are nothing like the pictures - colours are different, size is just all wrong like they have just sewn two bits of material together rather than it being based on an actual person, patterns are different to the picture! This site is an absolute scam and should be closed down! You only get a credit voucher back if you want to return / why the hell would I want a credit voucher when I would never buy off this site ever again! Please stay away otherwise you will be disappointed.

UPDATE ON OTHER REVIEW!

So I ordered from Dresslily which is affiliated with ericdress, fashionmia, rosegal, rosewholesale, sammydress and a few other sites. They steal their pictures from EBAY sellers like Veronicas Big Secret and it is a cheaply made fake. As a test I ordered a Blue Lace dress in size 4x from Dresslily and another from Sammy Dress THEN I ordered the one VeronicasBig Secret sells... I never received the one from Dresslily so I had to dispute the transaction with Paypal, then one from Sammydress was probably a size medium and cheaply made. The one from Ebays VeronicasBigSecret was amazing! True to size and fit great. These sites steal pictures from legitimate sellers on Ebay and then send you a fraudulent copy... that is IF you even receive the item in the first place! I ordered two dresses from Dresslily... six months after I had to get my money back from Paypal I FINALLY received ONE dress... the other never came and they dont like to refund you either. I have ordered a purse and jewelry from SammyDress... I did recieve my things from SammyDress but it smelled bad and took 3 months to get... be careful ladies... these sites are rip offs... at least if you shop on Wish.com you can get the same stuff for the same price and Wish will refund you right away if the item is fake...

I had purchased two items from Rosegal in mid July this year (2015) and I was aware of the long shipping time. But when I decided to look online and see where the package was, about 3 weeks after i bought it the link given didn't give me any location of where the package where in the world yet. I called their Costumers Service number and they had told me that I had not bought an order. I am very upset and I want my money back if i am not going to get these items, which would of probably been crappy quality like everyone else on here has said.

I want to set the record straight. I also panicked when I read the bad reviews after waiting for 3 orders that had not arrived. They apologized for my experience and offered me a refund and if goods did turn up I could keep them. I accepted not knowing if this would happen. I have more faith in them now my Credit card was credited with refund goods did turn up over 4 months later some items were broken but I had them fixed. All the items I have purchased from them have met my expectations and I want to apologize to Rosegal for not having the courage to believe them when they told me to be patient. I have now seen that they have added a large size range in their clothing they are learning to met the western requirements. This Company is trying hard and if we want to have cheaper items then we need to have patience and understanding. I will be very happy to keep ordering from them and I wish them all the best for the future.

Not worth anything!

I am giving 2 stars because I received my items within 10 days due to the fact that I paid the additional $1.75 or whatever. In terms of the actual product, I have never SEEN stuff so cheap, EVER. I dindt know it existed. The clothes are made out of material that I dont think clothes are supposed to be made out of. I wont even begin to assume what it may be. I ordered a dress in XL, which I was concerned may be too big, well it wont zip up, apparently my lower half is too big. I just wasted my money. Ordered a bikini in alarge and it doesnt fit at all, the 'padding' feels like cardboard and it seems as f it may fall apart any moment. The two tanks I ordered in large that are supposed to be loose fitting are skin tight. Its just ridiculous. If you are going to claim they are 'CHINESE' sizes yet you know a majority of people around the world do not use that sizing chart AND you are basing your market off of American websites in ENGLISH then it just appears you are trying to scam people. They will probably respond with the same template they have used for all of the other various complaints but the fact of the matter is that you CANNOT rectify this and I am out $75 dollars, so save it. You are marketing a product that is so different from what you're actually selling that it basically does not exist. Please all --- spend an additional 5 bucks on each item and go somewhere else and get quality items. The website is kind of a joke.

Ripoff

Made a purchase on Aug 3,2015 an have yet to receive my order the number provided just rings no one picks up. Obviously I am not gonna receive my package an I doubt I will get a refund... Such a ripoff an scam... if only I could just speak with someone... I am one pissed off EX-CUSTOMER

Haven't received my order

This is ridiculous I order my items and didn't even get a tracking number or any email of sort but they did charge my credit card for the purchase. I am defiantly letting everyone and anyone know about this scam of a website. I am so going to report this website. This is legal to take instant people's money and not even give them their product!

I'm guessing I can say goodbye to the things I ordered. Apparently dispatched at the beginning of August but over a month later they're not here. Have sent two emails asking where they are and haven't had a reply. Starting to accept I've been scammed now.

I have ordered from rosegal 2 times. The first time I ordered I received my clothing wither 2 days. Iam not happy with the quality of 2 of the dresses I ordered. The 3rd dress I ordered was okay. I decided to order a second time, 2 sweaters, and two rings. A day later it said refunded because I needed to send in proof pictures of my id and credit card. I sent that in. That was 3 days ago. It still says refunded and I checked my bank account and nothing has been returned. I have emailed them several times and no one has replied even though it says someone will contact you within 24 hours. No one has. I've even tried calling there customer service line about over 40 times now and no one has answered once. Iam very unhappy about this and I just want my money back now because of the whole issue. Iam never buying from them again and I suggest no one else does too. They completely just stole 70.00$$ from me.

Poor and faulty quality!

I shopped for the first time recently. I payed express delivery and only received three of the four items. I required about the fourth item several times and got a Thankyou for your request statement but no item. This was already payed for!
As for the items themselves. I wouldn't Wear any of it. Everything from loose threads, incompetent sewing, missing buttons, thin transparent cheap fabrics. I would not ever shop there again and I encourage you to think twice

I ordered over 10 things from Rosegal back in March (Over $100.00 worth), I got 2 of those things one of which was the wrong item, and nothing else came. When I got in touch with them to ask where the rest of my stuff was, they first said it was mistakenly sent back, so I asked for my money back. But then they claimed the post office tried to deliver them to the door but no one was home, the only thing is I work at the post office and I would have been delivering it to myself! When I again asked for my money back they said I could have $10.00 of credit for their store ( like I would ever bye from them again) I don't think the site is to be trusted.
