I ordered in the middle of August and never reviewed the item. They responded to my complaint and I did everything they told me to do and still didn't get item. They then ignored the next 2 emails. I guess they are just going to keep my money and not send me anything. He request for a refund fell on deaf ears. So essentially, they will just steal from you.

I am extremely disappointed. I first saw Rosegal's website on Facebook, and I loved all their clothing and prices, however had I known that it would take over a month (so far) to ship, I would have never ordered anything. I ordered an item on August 8th, and waited three weeks to contact customer service to ask why I have not even received any notice where my item was. I was told it would be shipped out September 5th. On August 27, I received and email stating that my order has shipped and on its way. Maybe if the tracking order was functional, at least I would know where it is, or when I will be receiving it. By the time I get this dress, (which I wanted to wear for a party two weeks ago) it will be too cold to even wear, at this rate. I will not be shopping from here again, and I will make sure that friends and family of mine will know not to waste their time doing the same.

They have since contacted me and are going to refund my money. I very much appreciate this.
I made a purchase on the 26th of July. It was supposedly shipped out on the 30th and I still have not received it. When I contacted them, they made me feel like it was my fault for using the "cheapest shipping option". They advertise free shipping! After reading all of these reviews, I have to wonder what kind of business model this is? If this many of your packages get lost, customers should know this before they make a purchase. I have no idea if my order is even going to arrive. I was told they can't do anything about it until 65 days from the time I ordered it and that I would have to contact my local post office, who of course have no idea where it is (and why would they?) I want my items! This is very frustrating!

I was super excited about ordering my dress for mine and my husband last military ball. What I received in the mail a couple weeks later was nothing short of disgusting. I am extremely upset about this website. I ordered my stuff almost three weeks ago, and about a week ago the website emailed me telling me my stuff was shipped out. And then yesterday they emailed me again saying they just shipped my stuff out. I am highly suspect of any positive rating for "RoseGal". Anyone - including Rosegal can come and create false reviews. But look at the largest number of reviews are 1 star meaning stay away.
My experience with Rosegal is that it is a complete 100% scam.
After I posted here they said they would refund my $ and still send the item. Of course there has been nothing either way. There support site claims the order number does not exist.

The clothes I ordered from Rosegal were separated into two shipments; the first package came and everything was way too small. I wear a size medium and had ordered a size large dress - it hardly covered my rear and was like a second skin, it was so tight. I put everything back in its original packaging to ship it back to the business, but the business still hasn't given a return shipping label. They refunded the second package of clothing that hadn't shipped yet. I'm waiting for a second and full refund because I refuse to accept store credit for clothing sizes that won't fit.
