DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered over a month ago, still haven't received anything. I am trying to report this business as a scam via the Better Business Beureau but can't locate their address to submit the claim. If any disgruntled customers know how to track this information please respond. Also I will be disputing via my bank where they will further investigate this business as a scam. I have also contacted Facebook to remove this "companies" account. I online shop all the time and have NEVER had this problem with any of the companies I have ordered from. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Cheap

Cheap quality. The cat sweater I ordered looks nothing like the image. My skirt was fine. Jacket was crappier than the picture as well; they also didn't ship one of the shirts I paid for. It's kind of a random draw for getting something that actually looks like the picture.

Horrible

I ordered an item on 8/8 and still haven't received it. When you call there number the number doesn't ring it's just a mailbox. When I sent email about my package they wrote me back originally saying would receive by 9/10. When I didn't receive it someone responded back saying well you didn't pay for tracking but yet they sent me a tracking# and either way it doesn't take over 1 month to receive. **dont do business with this site horrible business and hard to reach them.

I spent a lot of time picking the clothes i wanted and the prices are fantastic. Both of my cards didnt work thankfully because i would have gotten the wrong size or never received my items. I hope they dont do anything with my card information. Better now. Lol.

Rose gal is a scam company

Not one thing I ordered fit me. The one dress that was size extra large fit my sister who is a size Medium perfectly. There are 4 items I would like to return but there are only three places to put a picture. The practice of having to lay the item down next to a measuring tape and take a picture in order to return these things is ridiculous and absurd. But then they really get you at the end because there's a four digit code you have to put in an order for the return request to go through. No matter how many different 4 digit numbers came up, and I put them in correctly, it always said I put in the wrong code number and it wouldn't go through. How very convenient. I would not recommend Rose gal ever.

I bought some items from their site, I received my items after a month in USA. They where defective and the sizes were not what I were ordered.
After that when I asked for help they responded carelessly.
After 6 month I could finally refund my money.
I would say never try this company at all!
Awful customer service!

Like the heading says:
Selling goods out of an empty wagon:
They really can't supply what they advertise; If you order do it at your own peril - but take care to pay by PayPal - so that you can claim your money back. Don't use credit card and don't give them your permission to use your card.
This Chinese scam is already known to many (Rosegale and related names) but if you are new to the game - avid, avid and avoid them like the plague...

After that my comment was posted on SiteJabber, these Rosegiril scams gathered their audacity and asked for details of the order so they can "look into it".
Well as my original note posted says, I have used PayPal and asked PayPal to return my money.
I do not wish to correspond any farther with those scams and guess what:
You can't even "unsubscribe" from their e-mail list. The link they provide to 'unsubscribe' simply doesn't work. Now if THAT is not a sign of scam-web-site - than what a scam website is - I wouldn't know...

In response to Rosegal replying to my post! You did not help me at all nor refund my money so don't reply in here to make you look good! Paypal refunded the monies and not at your expense! You did nothing but muck me around for over a month! You are not committed to customer satisfaction or I would have received my goods in a timely manner and I would not have filed a paypal complaint! After numerous attempts from you telling me to stop the paypal complaint and you would sort it out! What rubbish! Read the other posts Rosegal, have you sorted their complaints yet?!

Shipping is Ridiculous

I ordered 3 dresses, 2 of which were perfect! Really high quality, and exactly like the picture. One dress arrived and was a lot bigger than the measurements on the site. I got a full refund in store credit plus compensation after sending the customer service pictures of the garment next to measuring tape.

I would recommend this site, but DON'T FORGET TO CHECK THE SIZE CHART! The sizes are pretty random and they are not consistent with other sizes on the site as well. Just because one small t-shirt was good, doesn't mean the next one will be a small as well. Also, make sure you look at ALL the pictures and reviews. Pictures not on a model seem to be the more accurate ones, and sometimes the lighting changes the way the colors look.

Don't order from this company. Prices okay, but you never get the item. I ordered in June 2015 and still have not, 3 months later received the item. I could have walked over to the place and picked up the item and walked back quicker.

I would give a zero star if I could. The clothes are so cheaply made, they feel like they're made of plastic. The sizes are ridiculously small. When I tried to return them, they asked me to send a picture of the clothes in the bag, then they asked me to send a picture of the clothes with a measuring tape next to them to check the size!? WTF? The size doesn't fit my body and it's not my problem to measure their own clothes. Save yourself time/money and stress. Rosegal should be put out of business! I have now sent 5 different emails to customer service trying to return two items.

Crap! Disgusting liars!

Looks like Rosegal hired a bunch of people to give five stars review and another rep. To provide generic answers to all of the upset customers, it truly makes the situation worse and more irritating! Six days have passed, nobody answered my inquiry, no package, no refund, no answer, don't even got thought the measurement tricks they are playing! I place a measuring tape beside the dress I bought, took six pictures to prove the large deviation from their size chart! They made me take more pictures of the crappy wrapping plastic and claim the bar code is right therefore they have no mistake! We're talking to walls here... or they are blind?

Scammy, scammy, scammy...

Stealing photos from legit clothing sellers and putting them on their website... CRIMINAL!
They "remake" the clothes and send them to you... from an address in New York!
You don't like the clothes? They demand you ship them back to China--for a huge shipping price!
They won't send you the full order, send out the same response "oh there must be a misunderstanding", etc. etc... or they won't respond at all.
I am demanding a total refund and I WON'T BE QUIET ABOUT IT!

Sizes are TEENY!

I ordered $100 worth of clothes and unfortunately none of them fit me. In US sizes, I'm a L/XL so I thought to order an XXL just to be sure. Nothing fits me. The sizes are all tiny Asian sized clothes. This is unfortunate as much of their clothing is very cute! I ordered the clothes back in April, but unfortunately due to family matter and work, I wasn't able to address these issues until now. They have a 30 day return policy so I guess I'm now left with all these clothes I cannot wear. I would like to even be able to exchange for something else, as I'm sure I could find something (heck, even accessories).
As far as shipping goes, yes, it did seem to take an unusually long time to receive as well. I think that is because it's shipping from Asia as well. Be patient, I guess.
