Ordered skirt looked beautiful on the picture, arrived looked like a dodgy table cloth! Nothing resembles the item I originally looked at. My advice STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!

The worst service and product. Fabric was like pajama polyester for a 5 yr old in 1965. Smelled like dead animals. Service tickets were like a skit on a Jimmy Fallon show... except it wasn't funny. DON'T DO IT!

Deplorable Company

I purchased 8 dresses via paypal. Not one of them was as described. Their material is shabby at best and I'm sure that in one wash they would fall apart. In order to get a refund, you will have to take pictures of the crap, save all packages and try to get an RMA... good luck. They do not respond to phone messages left on some unmonitored voicemail in the US. It cost me $50 to ship that crap back to them just to get an $87 credit from paypal.

Worthless

This company is such a scam. They make their clothing appealng on website but in reality there nothing but cheap made material which btw their sizing is ridiculously too small. I hate this place and wish I was smart enough to read reviews before spending my money on theses useless moronic idiots. They better hope they read this because I'm reporting these fukn $#*!s!

I went to purchase a product from this company ( I should have read the POLICY at the bottom of the page) This company is in South East China and they say they deliver from there - It seems like they use DHL (at least for mine) You can not get hold of them over the phone and when you finally find the email address they don't answer you until you get really mad. http://www.rosegal.com is their email address good luck. I will continue to email them until they give me my money back. I email them daily and receive an email now the next day. They started out saying that they would give me a 5% credit on my nest purchase (I believe they were kidding me) then it went to 10%. The latest one says they will give me 50% product cost and that is a biggest refund. My answer to them is NO I want my MONEY back and I will continue to tell them this in emails. I have changed my debit card AND will no longer order online. I am told that as the holidays come closer you might get your card used without your permission keep watching. I am told that ebay, etsy, and a few others are ok to use. And I am told that ordering on line should be done using PayPal only. You all can check into those.

HORRIBLE! FRAUD!

Do NOT purchase from this website. Nothing is the size it says, you will get multiple shipments weeks apart and never the entire order, and half not even what you ordered. Their "support tickets" do not accept anything without logging in and it's impossible to register a login. Their "live chat" is NEVER available. When you call their phone the message box is always full and can't accept anymore. 3 months I've been trying to contact them about wrong items in the order and no reponse still. They will do everything to put you off past the 30 day return policy. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHINA JUNK!

Don't order from Rosegal. I order a purse over a month ago and I still haven't received it. I e-mailed the company and no one has answer me. I tried to get a refund but they always say they are offline. Please do not order from these people... This is a scam!

I actually received my order fairly quickly (within 2 weeks)... However, the tops smell SO bad (even after being washed) like factory or plastic and something bad. After being washed once, the tops look like like they've been worn ************** times. Absolutely horrible. I wrote a review on the site but they didn't post it. I just threw out the tops I ordered; I didn't wear a single item. They were that bad.

Over a month, no package.

I ordered a dress on the 8th of august, and still have not received it (now the 15th of september). I have tried to log in but have forgotten my password (none of my usual ones work) and there is no option to change your password or anything! Because i cant log in, i cant create a 'support ticket' to find out where the hell my package is.

I ordered over a month ago, still haven't received anything, I can't talk to anyone, and now my friend and I are very very very scared because all of the reviews we are reading.
We would never ever shop again at rosegal and we invite you to never do, we lost our money and our time so only if you are truly a millionaire and can waste your money buy them!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I ordered my bathing suit on August 8th and never received it. I kept checking online through their supposedly tracking system. It never gave me any information on where my package was. There was no phone number to get in contact with them, So after a month of not receiving my package, I tried the online chat and spoke with a representative. He told me that I needed to call my local post office and then provided me with a tracking number. When I called my post office they told me that the number I was given was not a valid number. Now when I tried to go back to speak to someone through the chat it says the chat is unavailable. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER! They take your money and you never receive what you order!

This entire website is a scam. I ordered my clothing over two months ago, and did not receive it. They sent me an email with a photo of my order being shipped. After two months of not getting my dress, I tried to contact them. The only form of contact is to "submit a ticket" which they do not even allow you to do. I promise you will not get your clothing, or you will and it will be a piece of crap. Don't waste your money.

Very scared
September 15, 2015

I ordered at the end of Aug. I'm currently overseas and was looking forward to a new few things for the fall, thinking they'd be there when I got home. I'm really nervous about all the negative reviews. Ordered 8 tops. When I log in, it just says shipped or, but when I try to track the package it says it hasn't been updated. I did pay through PayPal so if I have the same issues I will use the advice of the other customers when filing a complaint. It's really disheartening. I even did the online customer question and haven't received anything in response.

DO NOT BUY FROM ROSEGAL

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I ordered a dress 9th July 2015 and it never arrived (now 2 and a half months later). The initial time frame given was up to 25 business days which was then changed to 45 business days when I opened a paypal dispute. It is now coming up 50 business days and still no dress (the event I purchased for is well and trull passed now anyway).
I tried contacting them through their website- they never responded.
To this date they still have not issued me a refund.
I'm still chasing them up. I will leave another review each week until a refund is received.
Absolutely disgusted.

Sickening

Do NOT spend any money on this website. Several of the items that I bought looked very different than the actual pictures. The stitching on majority of the clothing was messed up and some did not fit at all even though I measured myself to ensure the proper fit of the items. I am completely disgusted with this site and plead anyone to NEVER buy anything from them. Even when I tried to complain I got a generic response that did not address anything I had mentioned. This is a terrible site. Please, save your money for clothes that you will actually want to wear. The only reason this gets even one star is because I have to put something..

I agree with all of the reviews, (cheep stuff in the kids sizes!), plus, you have to pay for shipping back your orders to Hong Kong, using address not on the package but the one they should give you on the phone after you submit pictures of damaged item! They do not accept anything back because you just don't like it or it is small size... Basically, please do not waste your time and money, IT IS A SCAME! I gave 1 star only because my order arrived right on the day they said it would. Now, I am just putting it into donation bag... at least it is new and maybe some homeless person can use it...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I bought a pair of jeans in a size small about 2 months ago. Not only did it take forever to get them, but they are about a size 7 in US sizes. Wtf the website stated it would fit a 00. Customer service sucks $#*!, quality is isnt worth $#*!, and by the time it takes to get to you that summer fashion is out. I ordered a pair of boots i never received either.

I purchased a Fashionable Round Neck Short Sleeve Lace Splicing A-Line Dress For Women Size: XL for $18.16. After shipping I paid 23.44. I purchased this dress hoping to wear it for a wedding. I was getting married at City Hall and wanted something flirty yet formal for my occasion. It came on a Friday and I was to be married on Tuesday. When I put the dress n I couldn't zip it up completely. The dress size was XL but it was more like a medium. It did come from Singapore but the shipping wasn't the problem. The dress was. It looked just like the photo and the fabric was okay I just couldn't fit it. My nieces use it to play dress up but its still being used. I say if your gonna order from them order 2 to 3 sizes larger!

Ordered over 10 things two months ago for summer they still haven't arrived summer is now over customer service doesn't get back to you

Got one out of ten items it was a one size fits all that wouldn't fit a child even, not to mention the cheapest material ever DONT TRUST THIS SITE
